Access Lake Chelan, a sandy beach, volleyball and basketball courts, and a playground for children at the adjacent Don Morse City Park, or ride your bikes in town or on nearby trails.

Pet-Friendly: We're happy to host up to two well-behaved dogs with prior approval and a $50/pet fee. Please keep in mind that there may be gaps in the fence, and it may not be particularly suited for smaller dogs.

Please note: During the peak summer season, there's a 7-night minimum stay with a Sunday turnover. Video cameras/noise monitoring may be present outside the home's exterior. Please be aware that lake and river levels fluctuate throughout the year, with the lake/river generally being lowest in the spring and at full height in July and August.

Becoming an annual stay!
Our second trip to this property. Location to beach and amenities is ideal. Well equipped for families and well stocked with needed items such as towels etc. Loved the addition of Central AC this year ☺️. We have family in Chelan and will be making this an annual trip.

Vacation to visit family.
It was perfect. Just the right size. Kitchen had what we needed. Close to beach. Fridge with ice was awesome considering how hot it was. We appreciated the streaming tv for evenings. I’d stay again.

Where is it?
We had a difficult time finding the house. So we stopped and asked for directions and then we finally found it, but there were no street signs marking that street. It was late when we got there. Other than that it was great! We enjoyed our stay very much. It was well stocked and very clean. We completed all the check out requirements before we left, and we were out at 9am. Lake Chelan 2023
The property was as advertised. The location could not have been any better. 5 Minutes to the park with beach and swimming; 8 minutes walk to downtown Chelan. We loved the hot tub. The management response time was fantastic. We would definitely stay here again.
