For unique shopping opportunities, the Camarillo Outlet Mall and The Collection provide a large array of high-end retailers, fantastic restaurants and movie theaters. If you want to venture outside of the neighborhood, there are endless fun things to see and do in nearby Ventura, Carpinteria, Santa Barbara and Malibu.

The garage holds beach toys, boogie boards, bikes, beach chairs, umbrellas and a stand-up paddle board, all easily accessible for guests use. -Please note that we are very strict, and the lease forbids parties or large groups of any kind (birthday parties, weddings, receptions, graduation parties, family reunions, etc.) and loud disturbances between the hours of 10:00 pm and 8:00 am.

-Home has air conditioning but is rarely needed; there are excellent breezes when the doors are open as it is an oceanfront home.
