Enjoy watching whales breach or beautiful Maui sunsets from the comfort of your lanai. Kamaole Beach Park III offers large grassy areas, beautiful walkways, plenty of picnic tables and BBQ's and a playground all next to a perfect sandy beach with a lifeguard on duty every day of the week! This beach is perfect for snorkeling, turtle spotting, swimming, boogie boarding, and more! If you are looking for a condo steps to a family friendly beach, stunning ocean views that is also near many restaurants and shops, look no further!

Hale Kamaole 210 is a one bedroom condo located at the front of the resort, offering close proximity to the ocean and unobstructed ocean views! Our furnishings create an authentic Hawaii atmosphere with bamboo decor, tropical floral patterns and a bright and open concept. The tile floors make this open floor plan feel extra cool and comfortable.

Enjoy the new A/C unit or the wonderful trade winds that sweep through this home. This condo sleeps four, with a king size bed in the bedroom and a comfortable sleeper sofa, Queen size with mattress topper, in the living area. For entertainment, two new 40" TVs are located in the living room and bedroom. All guests receive all natural Maui made shampoo, conditioner soap and body lotion.

Hale Kamaole 210 is located in South Kihei, near many shops, restaurants and award winning golf courses. Explore other neighboring top beaches, such as Wailea or Makena Beach just a short drive from the condo. There are no additional resort or parking fees. The resort offers two pools, BBQ areas, and a tennis court. Please note this resort does not have elevators.

Our on-island team provides: Dish soap, laundry soap and dryer sheets, in addition to a complimentary starter set of Papaya Noni shampoo, conditioner, body lotion and body soap. We also provide beach chairs, beach towels and a cooler for your stay.

This condo is managed professionally by My Perfect Stays. Complimentary concierge service is available to all My Perfect Stays guests.

Great Maui Vacation!
We enjoyed our stay. Condo was comfortably furnished. We spent a lot of time at the beautiful sandy beach, Kamaole III right across the street. Appreciated the well stocked beach apparatus; umbrella, nice comfy chairs, boogie board, and fins. It is great walking distance to stores and lots of restaurants. The kitchen was well stocked with essentials, however a few more bowls would be good as we were always having to wash them. Hard to get use to the cockroaches, especially when opening a drawer and having them skittle across cutlery etc. as we do not have them where we live, are they a common thing in Hawaii in all homes? Would it be helpful if the garbage under the sink had a lid? Overall, we had a great time, the weather was perfect!

Beautiful View
Great location, directly across Kamaole beach 3, with the most amazing sunsets! Short walk to stores and restaurants. We really enjoyed all the space both inside and out. The huge green space and pool area were wonderful for the kids to play! The place came with everything that you would need for the beach & pool. They even had tennis racquets ;-) The place inside was as pictured but, It felt dated. The sofa bed was very old and not comfortable. The King bed, on the other hand was very comfortable. The bathroom light wasn’t working when we got there but they came the next day and fixed it quickly!

The condo was great, clean with no carpets. The balcony was a bit worrisome as there were warning on the patio not to lean on the railings. A fire alarm went off for over an hour in the middle one night, we ended up having to call 911 as there was no one from the building around. We received no compensation for this inconvenience.
