From the kitchen, you will find a dining area, with seating for 6, and a living area with an oversized couch and TV. Finishing off the first level is a screened-in porch which provides access to the outdoor patio with a gas grill and fire pit. On the second floor, you will find two guest rooms, each with its own private bath. Each room has access to the upper screened porch with outdoor seating, which provides a partial Oceanview. There are 3 dune crossovers to the sand area landside of the seawall that are always accessible, and that area can be used for recreational purposes. The access to the beach over the seawall is centrally located at the pool & clubhouse. At high tide, the water is at the seawall. The tides change every 6 hours from low to high tide. A tide chart will help you plan your beach time. The nearest beach park with ocean access all day is Oceanview Beach Park, appx 2 miles south just past the Holiday Inn.
