Need to get away for a Vacation, Family or Business Trip?

Fantastic home great for family entertaining, a couple wanting to get away or a business trip! This home has a master bedroom with a newly remodeled separate bath and large closet. 2 other bedrooms with their own bath on the OTHER side of the house! Eat in the kitchen or out on the lanai and watch the birds and wildlife in the waterway a joining the backyard! The home also has a pool table, poker table and board games for a little evening fun. The Living Room, master bedroom and both guest rooms have flat screen TV's with cable. The 3rd bedroom has a smart TV and with free WiFi you can watch Netflix ,Hulu, play games etc.
Both the BBQ grill and the kitchen are ready to make great meals - or go out to one of the many restaurants nearby. The best grocery store is Aldi on Pine Island, although there is one closer. Laundry is in the garage, along with beach and fishing equipment for your use. 1 large garage space and off street parking for your convenience.
There are several beaches nearby, including Ft. Myers Beach, Sanibel Island, Pine Island, Cape Coral and Naples. https://www.leegov.com/parks/beaches
From the beaches, nature sanctuaries and Zoo to the shopping and dining fun there is something for everyone!
We require a $350 deposit paid by check or paypal not through VRBO. This can be paid after booking by mailing a check to me or paypal or giving it to my Property Manager upon arrival.
We are pet friendly (with pet fee paid).
We rent with 3 day min., week +, month + and are willing to rent for up to 2 months at a time. For any reservation that is more than a month an additional mid rental cleaning will need to be done at an additional fee. I will have my cleaning lady get in touch with you all. This way the house stays clean for you all and isn't as hard on her when you check out:)
We hope you love the house as much as we do. It has a special place in our hearts. This is was not bought as a rental. It was my father's house and I rent it so that I can keep it. My family goes down there as well and we do have an owners closet.
We try to leave condiments, canned veggies, etc in the kitchen. Sometimes water and soda in fridge in garage. We try to have laundry soap, shampoo, tanning lotions, and other things you may not realize you need in the closet. Feel free to use them. Replace them for the next people if you use it all. There is a non refundable fee of for EACH dog, no cats without written permission and fee paid. All animal fees will be paid up front.
If you are not honest about the number, size of animals I will keep your deposit. Deposit will need to be paid by check, paypal, venmo.

You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.

We booked this property for one month as we were waiting for our home to be finished. This home had a rodent infestation. While there we caught and killed 12 mice in traps and flushed a live one in the toilet. The owner was aware of these conditions as there were traps, poison, and electric pest repellents inside and out. The oven was filthy and unusable. The inside of the microwave had to be cleaned as it was completely covered in dried food. The countertops were grimy and had to be cleaned. We found rodent droppings on most surfaces, floors, cupboards, and in our vehicles parked in the garage. The property had a continuous odor of decaying rodents inside the garage and home. We have not received our refundable deposit from the owner We are requesting your staff to look into this matter and would like our deposit returned and additional compensation for the filthy conditions of the property. Please contact me via email if you have any additional questions.

Awesome Florida Get away!
Great property for families! Lots of space, really nice sun room with pool table and then an outdoor screened in porch. Access to pond where the kids love to fish! Super close to great restaurants, walking trails and Fort Myers Beach and Cape Coral beach area. Everything was handled very well and we loved our time there!
