Location, Location, location!! Our 2 story Cape Cod home is directly on the Ocean! It is situated on the warmest waters of Cape Cod, directly on Nantucket Sound with private sandy beach and private deck. Awesome for swimming and water sports; Spectacular views. Two kayaks are also provided for free! This home has 4 bedrooms upstairs and full baths on both levels. Living room on the 1st floor has a cozy white leather sofa, 3 sliding glass doors--a glass wall that overlooks your very own private sandy beach and the ocean. Family room is equipped with cable flat screen TV, wifi, internet access. 1st floor also has a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, another full bathroom, and a den/spare room w/Queen Futon that will make your stay more enjoyable. Master bedroom upstairs also has cable flat screen TV. Gas grill for outdoor cooking. Fully equipped and furnished. A true gem to accommodate your family for an oceanfront vacation that you will treasure forever!
Most of our guests in the summer weeks have been returning each year for the past decade! Activities include swimming, sunbathing, shopping, the Cape Cod National Seashore, biking and hiking trails, antiques, fishing, boating, whale watching, golf, mini golf, inflatable water park, arcade,trampolines, go carts, kayaks, wave runners, parasailing, paddle boats, museums, and parks. Children will enjoy the ice cream truck driving by with bells ringing. Short stroll to restaurants, ice cream and playground. Loads of fun for all.

Within 1/2 mile of this beach house, down the mouth of the River, we also have a 4 bedroom house available for rent across from Parkers River with RiverViews and Private Dock with kayaks and stand up paddle boards included! Absolutely beautiful home, as stated, right on the ocean. Stunning views. Double and twin beds were a little rough to sleep on. But no other complaints with the home. I would recommend to anyone looking for a Cape get away. Or even a weeks vacation. Thank you for sharing your home with us here on VRBO!!!!

A great place to stay
The location of this house can't be beat. The backyard is the sand/ocean and it is a very easy drive to mini golf, restaurants, grocery store, ice cream, etc. Our kids loved playing in the sand. We stayed here with another family with toddlers as well. There was plenty of space for everyone. I will also note that the dishwasher drain stopped working, but the owners responded promptly and had the plumber out within hours and the dishwasher repair person out the next morning. It was very much appreciated and great service. Overall, we would stay here again, but there were a few cons. The carpeted floors are rough for a beach house. It was impossible to keep the sand out, so the floor always felt dirty. We did use the provided (very old) vacuum daily, but it didn't do much to get the sand up. The home could also use some updated/safer furnishings. The coffee table in the living room looks cute at first glance, however one touch from a toddler will show that it is actually just seashells on a table with a hula hoop over the top to supports a large piece of glass. We pushed it into the corner right away, but the babies kept crawling to it, and it was a hazard we had to watch the whole time. Overall, I would recommend this home. The location is amazing, and it made for a great vacation. The home could definitely use some upgrades, but we still had a wonderful time

Efficient beach house
The house is efficient. I had higher expectations of the quality of bed, blankets, pillows because of the nightly rate (we brought sheets as instructed) The spring beds are outdated and uncomfortable, they need to be replaced that’s just matter of fact. The downstairs space is comfortable, we had rainy weather on the full day we were there. It was great to be right on the beach, it is clean and quiet and the neighbors are very friendly. We liked the convenience of the kayaks and beach toys. We fully enjoyed the beach and the location there was a great restaurant 2 mins away- the skipper restaurant, highly recommend having a meal here.

Why they chose this property

Once you go Oceanfront, you never go back!! Can't ask for a better vacation spot right on the Ocean with a private beach, miles of beachfront to stroll, and a short stroll to restaurants and many activities! Free use of our kayaks. Short stroll to a playground with swings on the beach, restaurants, pirate museum, water park, inflatable park, watersports rental, parasail, jet ski, boats. This is an Oceanfront dream home, great for family vacation fun.

True oceanfront. Close to shops, dining. Enjoy the private sandy beach and deck directly on the warmer waters of Nantucket Sound. Let the ocean waves rock you to sleep! No need to pack and lug supplies to a beach--step outside and lounge in our chairs or swim, kayak, fish, sunbath or build a sandcastle in your back yard, a sandy beach. We even supply 2 kayaks at no charge! Short walk to other activities including restaurants, playground, snack bar, ice cream shop, water sports rentals, jet ski, parasailing etc
