The apartment is in a beautiful old building with its own parking space and is also wheel chair accessible.

It's elevated position offers amazing views of the Estuary, flushing harbour and the headlands of St Mawes. These views can be enjoyed from the master bedroom, lounge and patio.

The apartment offers 2 large bedrooms, one a super king size double, and the other a double and a single with 2 bathrooms. One shower room and another larger bathroom for a luxury bath.

The kitchen is beautifully decorated and fully equipped for every kind of cook. The living room is the perfect place to relax with its patio doors leading onto the balcony and lots of comfy sofas and cushions.

Falmouth 4 night break
This property is in an ideal location for a break in Falmouth. It is not a prestige apartment if that is what you are after but very functional, comfortable and meets the needs if you need a place to get your head down and, freshen up and get out and about to enjoy the area. With two bathrooms it accommodates a family well.

We stayed at the property last year and loved it. Parking is a bonus as it can be difficult to park during the summer. It was easy to get access to the accomodation. This year was £500 more for the week, than last year, but there was a strange odour on entering the property which didnt seem to go during the stay, this was confined to the porch. Also, the floor didn't appear to have be swept. Only.minor things, I know. The rest of the propert was great. Clean bedding, kitchen and bathrooms.

Fantastic views in Falmouth
Lovely 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom cottage in a great location. Close to shops and restaurants in Falmouth. Very convenient location. Beautiful harbor view. Very clean and comfortable cottage. Good size kitchen with everything we needed. The bottle of wine waiting for us was a nice touch. Comfortable beds. Plush towels. Big enough space for two couples. Very happy to have a designated parking spot. Overall, a great place to stay! Highly recommend.
