Family and Golfer Friendly Two Bed Apartment

Elegant, light-filled apartment with outstanding sea views and four swimming pools. South-facing terrace. Fast Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace with monitor. 55" Smart TV, IPTV, and aircon. We are well located to access the best beaches of Marbella, restaurants, outstanding golf courses and family-friendly activities just a four-minute drive. A private parking space is provided for free. Baby cot and baby highchair also available on request. Great for Summer and Winter Sunshine holidays.
We have a very high standard of cleaning.

The apartment has one of the best views and aspects in the complex.

We are in a residential gated community with a secure alarm system.

You will be met by our property keyholder who lives in an apartment in our block.

The shops and restaurants are six minutes drive from the apartment, and seven minutes to the beach. To walk it takes 25 to 30 minutes and is uphill on return. We recommend using a car for this property to explore the local area and Andalucia.



We will not be at the apartment it will be for your exclusive use.

Our keyholder who lives opposite (or her colleague) will meet and greet you on arrival. We remain available to you through messaging or email during your stay to answer any questions you may have. Your comfort and enjoyment of our holiday apartment is important to us.
Elviria is the most sought after area of Marbella and due to the geographical location, position of the beach we have the advantage of more daytime hours of sunshine than other parts of the coast. Nestled in Unesco protected cork and pine forest we love the white sand beaches, warm sea and views of Africa. We enjoy the beach bars (churingitos), local family activities and the restaurants and cafes. There is an excellent selection of golf courses including the beautiful Santa Maria Golf.
The apartment is for the guests' private and exclusive use, and parking space. Our guests have access to four communal pools and gardens which are rarely busy.

An elevator is available from the car park level to the apartment level.

Please note that in April 2024 there is a drought situation in Andalucia and all pools in Marbella are closed due to the water shortage. This is only temporary and we expect this to change soon as seasonal rains are expected.

Car hire is very competitively priced. We recommend car hire to make the most of the location and explore Andalucia.

Airport taxi transfer services and local taxis are reasonable and plentiful.

There is an airport bus service between Malaga and Marbella Bus Station, you would then need to take a taxi from the bus station.

Sehr schöne und saubere Ferienwohnung
...ich kann mich meiner Vorgängerin in allen Punkten anschließen. Es ist eine rundum schöne Ferienwohnung, die sehr gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber ist. Sehr gute Kommunikation mit Celia und Dora vor Ort. Wunderbare Strände, Wetter, Sonnenuntergänge und Berge... Vielleicht noch eine Info: die Pools sind nur zu bestimmen Zeiten (im Oktober von 11.00 Uhr bis 19.00 Uhr) geöffnet und man benötigt in jedem Fall ein Auto.

Home away from home
We really loved our stay - forgot about vacation appartements, this was really a home. Nice and big with all utilities- beter internet than at home. Good working airco and very nice neighborhood. Really loved the golf course. As per our opinion- a car is a necessity - doing things on foot is too far and to mountainous.

Wunderbares Urlaubsdomizil!
Wir haben 2 wunderbar erholsame Wochen dort verbracht. Die Ferienwohnung ist im großen und ganzen mit allem ausgestattet, was man so alles braucht. Nur die Couch im Wohnzimmer ist etwas durchgesessen. Die Ferienwohnung ist in einer abgeschlossenen Anlage gelegen und besitzt einen wunderbaren Blick auf das Meer. Die Lage ist extrem ruhig. Auch die Kommunikation mit der Verwalterin vor Ort funktioniert tadellos und es wird versucht, alle Probleme und Wünsche umgehend zu erfüllen. Auch die Sauberkeit der Ferienwohnung ist super. Achtung ist geboten bei der Anreise mit einem größeren PKW (d.h. größer als Kleinwagen), da der Stellplatz extrem eng ist. Man kann sich aber mit dem Nachbarn arrangieren, sodass beide PKWs mehr oder weniger gut dort Platz finden. Insgesamt haben wir unseren Aufenthalt in Elviria sehr genossen und können die Ferienwohnung in jedem Fall weiterempfehlen.

Just excellent
The appartment was very well equipped - from the big things like washing machine, dishwasher..... to the little things like vinegar and oill, washing soap and tabs for the dishwasher. You have a very nice view of the pool and the sea. Dora did a great job to enable an early check in and in introducing us to the appartment. The communication with Celia was perfect. Thanks

Sehr schoenes und mit allem ausgestattetes Appartement
Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön. Das Appartement ist sehr ruhig, mit allem notwendigen ausgestattet, der Meerblick toll. Im großen Pool kann man wunderbar schwimmen und es war nie voll. Einkäufe muss man mit dem Auto erledigen. Die Gastgeber sind sehr hilfsbereit.

My husband David and I are British (English and Scottish) , however, we have recently moved to Switzerland where my husband works for Roche Pharmaceuticals and prior to that Barclays Bank. We enjoy visiting different countries in Europe both on business and on holidays. As we have moved to Switzerland we are currently learning German. I speak some Spanish and French also. We enjoy travelling, beautiful scenery, and outdoor activities.

Why they chose this property

We chose this property because of the outstanding views and location. We fell in love with the breathtaking views of the Mediterranean sea sparkling in the sunlight and the views of Gibraltar and Africa. We also found Elviria to be the best location on the Costa del Sol, it has everything we need but is quiet, and has the best beaches with the most sunshine (due to the angle of the coast, the beaches catch the sun well into the evening). When we arrive in Marbella, we immediately relax. There is also a great choice of golf to suit all levels, and we took up golf in 2012 and enjoy a round or two when we visit. We also enjoy tennis at the local golf club and use the excellent local Crossfit Gym. You can walk to the restaurants and shops, a delightful downhill walk of about 15mins. It is uphill on the way back, but local taxis are plentiful and cheap. There are also pleasant walking and hiking options on the coastal boardwalk, within the Unesco protected ancient cork forest, and up in the mountains. In the Summer months, we enjoy yoga on the beach and surf school. The surf school offers excellent activities for children. We also work remotely from home and have two desks. To make the most of your holiday and the surrounding area, we recommend car hire. Malaga airport has one of the most competitively priced car rental markets in the world, so car hire is well priced.
