Condo, 3 Bedrooms (King in Master, Queen in Middle, and Two Full Beds in back bedroom), 3 Baths, (Sleeps 8)

Three bedroom, three bath, fourth floor, end unit with wrap around balcony directly on the Gulf. Great for families with kids, this condo is beautifully furnished and decorated in a beach motif. The balcony is accessible from living room, dining room, and master bedroom and directly overlooks the beach. Romar Place 406 has a spectacular panoramic view, especially from its 4th floor perch. All the pictures you see were taken in and from the unit and from the balcony.

UPDATE OCT 1, 2018
All ceilings have been stripped and new orange peel with paint, granite countertops in kitchen and all 3 bathrooms, new backsplash in kitchen, new paint in middle bedroom and bath and back bathroom, new light fixtures in middle and back bathrooms, new light fixture in dining area, pictures to follow!!

Great complex for families with kids, our association spends in excess of $64,000 for on site security.

Great room has a 55in flat screen TV, DVD player. Dining table that seats four with 3 additional at the breakfast bar. Fully-equipped kitchen, including stainless steel appliances.

The master suite, recently update in 2021, has a king-size bed, 26in wall mount flat screen with built in DVD player, private bath, and two six by eight feet sliding glass doors leading to the gulf front deck, WINDOW treatments are made of bamboo, they are not room darkening, check photo. The second suite has its own private deck, full bath, two full beds, flat screen TV/DVD. The third bedroom has a queen bed, flat screen wall hung TV/DVD, and full bath. Full-size washer and dryer with iron and ironing board.

The balcony and view will will wash those worries away!! You might want to spend your entire time there. But really, if the dates are right, you need to BOOK IT NOW!! You know there are a dozen other people looking at it right now.

Family vacation
We had a wonderful stay here for our vacation. We loved the layout of the rooms in the condo, and the balcony was perfect. The property itself was one of the cleanest we have ever stayed in. Both pools and the hot tub were very well maintained. The walk to the beach was very short which was great, and the bathrooms by the pool were very clean. The grilling area was great, we loved that itbwas waterfront. We plan to stay here again.

Great Stay in Orange Beach
We had a great time on our visit to Orange Beach. The condo was a great layout of our group and the location was perfect! A couple of suggestions I would make is maybe some updating in the bathrooms - The tubs/showers maybe need replacing and the vanity in the back bathroom looks to have some water damage. I would also suggest reviewing some of the cook wear in the kitchen - some of it definitely needs to be thrown out! Overall we had a great stay and found the condo comfortable and spacious. Check in and out was easy, as was communication before our trip with all the details sent ahead of time. The balcony was the best part!

Overall, we really were comfortable in #406. We did not enjoy having to deal with the crazy TV service - too complicated when you are used to other cable systems. Also, we found old water bottles and trash behind the nightstands in the master bedroom when plugging in chargers. Also the shower liner in the master bedroom is badly mildewed and moldy. We loved the large deck and practically lived out there. Very well appointed kitchen. Plenty of towels and washcloths. Not all condos have as many. very much a fun, relalxing week.

We like Orange Beach because it is a little ways away from the congestion, but close enough for all of the restaurants and activities. Mike passed away in May of 2020 and JaNae has maintained the rental of this beautiful property in honor of Mike, who LOVED the beach!!

Why they chose this property

We fell in love with the balcony and view. You are directly on the beach. Not a long walk like most other properties. Also, the indoor, outdoor pools, jacuzzi, sauna, nice grills, etc. make this a year round destination.

What makes this property unique

Balcony and view in both directions. Unbelievable! Plus, everyone has their own bathroom. :) We provide a beach umbrella and a several beach chairs for our guests use. Kid and family friendly.
