Located on Brigantine Golf Course. 1 Master bedroom w/ king, guest room w/ twin beds, sleeper sofa can sleep total of 6 persons. Fully equipped kitchen and dining area. Updated appliances and big screen TV. On property is a pool, hot tub, tennis court, outdoor grills, and newly equipped play area. Very close to Shipyard Beach with parking access included. Close to Coligny, Palmetto Dunes, Sea Pines, and Shelter Cove. Includes daily green fees for golf at Shipyard Golf Club.

Excellent location less than 5 minutes from beach. Close to everything, clean, and very convenient for us to visit our other family in Port O Call/Shipyard. Will stay again!
