What Makes The Shores Club and our condo unique?
(1) Quiet & pristine, No-Drive beach: We have the best of both worlds with the quiet beach in front of our condo...but walk about 10 minutes north on the beach for wonderful people-watching and food vendors! When you walk out the ocean-side door of The Shores Club, you walk directly across the pool deck, down the ramp to the beach and you are on the 23 miles stretch of hard-packed, sandy beach that comprises world-acclaimed, Daytona Beach. Unlike most/many of the condos on Daytona Beach, The Shores Club is on the quiet, “No Drive” portion of the beach and offers a relaxed, family-friendly atmosphere. It is very different from the drive-on sections where cars drive between sun-bathers and the water.
(2) Double balconies on the top, 11th floor as well as floor to ceiling, ocean-side windows...for most spectacular views of sunrises over the ocean, spectacular sunsets over the Inter-coastal, as well as moonlight dancing over both the ocean and inter-coastal. waters! You have to see it to believe how beautiful it is!

(4) Condo Furnishings: Beautifully remodeled and fully equipped, our "Home Away from Home 'Too,' " two-bedroom, 11th (top) floor condo offers all the amenities of a home (because it IS our winter home!) We completely "gutted" and remodeled the ENTIRE condo to add to the spaciousness and ocean views throughout. You will find everything you need for a wonderful week-long vacation. This clean, completely renovated condo is located in a family-friendly, secured, 75 unit building. It has private, secured and designated parking for one car. Additional outside parking spaces are available on first-come basis. Condo amenities include furniture on both balconies; free WiFi; secure, individualized keyless access to condo; Smart TVs with cable/premium channels in each bedroom and living room; washer & dryer; all new appliances & cabinets, porcelain tiled flooring, granite counter tops and tiled shower/tub surrounds. Master bathroom has an extra-deep tub and double sinks. Both bathrooms have glass shower doors, removable shower heads and and tub/shower tile surrounds. Kitchen furnishings include a glass top range with convection oven; built-in microwave; refrigerator with in-door water and ice dispenser; super-quiet dishwasher; spacious kitchen granite-topped island for casual dining with five chairs/stools, and a granite computer counter. The dining table and the kitchen island provide plenty of seating. The fully-stocked kitchen is equipped with Keurig and drip coffee makers; cooking utensils for even gourmet cooks, eight piece settings of dishes, silverware and glassware; serving dishes, fry and pizza pans, pots, casserole and baking dishes, blender, toaster and crockpot. We provide bedding and linens, and beach towels, chairs, and toys for our guests’ enjoyment. Living room furnishings include a leather couch and love seat, two leather swivel chairs with foot stools; a 50 inch smart TV with cable; and a fireplace with bookshelves. Bedrooms are furnished with comfortable mattresses and pillows, smart TVs with cable. Master bedroom has a King bed; the second, Guest bedroom has a Queen bed and a bunk bed with two twin mattresses. The bunkbed has an age and a weight restriction of 12 years or younger and no more than 120 pounds per bed. If you have two adult children, this condo most likely is not your perfect venue...and when you spend so much money on your vacation, you really want things to be perfect for everyone.
Reminder: Pack lightly! The unit has its own laundry with washer and dryer. All towels and linens are provided.
We have done the work so you can keep it simple and relax! All we ask is that you enjoy your stay and treat our "Home-Away-from-Home Too" with the same TLC that we do!
Note: This unit usually rents Saturday to Saturday only except during September through January, the beginning of May, and special events/weekends. Check with owners if you have questions.
We also have a three-bedroom condo in The Shores Club which also has been entirely remodeled. Both condos are our winter homes...we stay in both! PLEASE NOTE THESE RULES (If these do not work for you, please continue to search for the perfect venue for you):
I. WE DO NOT ACCEPT RESERVATIONS FOR MORE THAN 6 PERSONS (with NO MORE THAN FOUR ADULTS, because the sleeping arrangements do not accommodate more).
- The bunk beds in the guest bedroom will only accommodate children 12 years or younger who weigh NO MORE than 120 pounds. NO EXCEPTIONS. We do not want any injured guests!
II. SMOKING AND/OR PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED in the condo. If smoking or a pet is detected, the lease is voided, you will be required to immediately depart and you will be charged for the cost to sanitize the condo. We take our promise to provide a smoke-free and pet allergen-free environment and our renters' health seriously. Please, if you are a smoker or have smokers in your group, or if you wish to bring your pet on your trip, there are many venues that accommodate your needs.

Blue Springs State Park and its springs is a must see: Refuge for roughly 300 – 400 manatees; Park offers recreational activities: canoe, SCUBA dive, kayak, fish, camp, hike, swim.

Merritt Island National Wildlife Refuge: Wildlife viewing includes alligators, turtles, crocodiles, many birds, trees and plants.
