Ocean Front at Napili Bay! Napili Lani #315 - Quam Properties

Napili Lani is located on Puna Point in Napili. We are not affiliated with Napili Kai Beach Resort. Directly on the north side is Kapalua Bay and on the south side is Napili Bay, two of the best beaches on Maui, and both beaches are just steps away from the condo. White sand, clear water, great swimming, snorkeling, and great sunsets await you. There is great humpback whale watching in the winter months and great sea turtle watching all year. This unit has one king bed, two full beds in the second bedroom and one queen sleeper sofa! Enjoy eating at the dining table facing the ocean! In the living room, you will find comfortable seating and a flat-screen TV for relaxing after a fun day outdoors! Free wireless high-speed internet, ceiling fans, and central AC throughout the condo.

900 sq. ft. Minimum 4-night rental. There is a $215.00 cleaning fee. All reservations will be automatically charged a processing fee on the total amount of the rental. Daily maid service is an additional charge and is optional. 17.42% State Taxes added to all rates. GET/TAT # 126-070-1184-01

Quam Properties provides basic amenities like bath towels. We also provide a starter kit of laundry detergent, dryer sheets, dish pods, shampoo, conditioner, soap, and more!
This unit has two beach chairs, beach towels, and a cooler for your stay.

Standard Cancellation Policy:
You may cancel outside of 30 days prior to arrival for a refund of your deposit minus a $100 cancellation fee. No refunds once within 30 days of arrival.

Very well stocked with all essentials. Kitchen, bath, bedroom. Glad to have washed and dryer. Comfortable beds. Gorgeous views from the unit. Quite, felt safe and secure. Perfect!!!

Amazing Location and Well Priced
Truly cannot beat the location and the price paid per day. The resort contiguous to the condo (actually condo is on the greater resort property) is very special and has an old school feel. I am 47 now, and when I was a baby this is the resort my family would vacation at. So brining my family here was a great feeling and we had a wonderful time. The condo is well laid out and everything was great. The only complaint I would have is that the king mattress is not very good, and should be replaced.

Great spot!
Our family of five (two adults, three kids) had a fantastic, comfortable week at this property. The kitchen, bathrooms, and bedrooms were well stocked and clean and we were pleasantly surprised by the size; it felt more spacious than what appeared in the photos. The beds were comfortable and the AC, ceiling fans, and laundry all worked very well. Possibly the best part is the location: You are within very easy walking distance (3 minutes) of two excellent snorkeling beaches and convenient driving distance to more beautiful beaches, hikes, Lahaina, restaurants, and shops. The view from the patio is beautiful. We had one minor question for the property management during our stay and they responded promptly. They provided beach umbrella and chairs were helpful and it was a short walk to Snorkel Bob's to rent everything else we needed.
