Prime location that is 5 minutes to the Scottsdale Entertainment District, 2 Casinos, Fashion Square mall, Top Golf, and endless nightlife and restaurant options. This area is considered "Old Town Scottsdale". There are Green and Yellow bikes in this area as it is a prime tourist destination. If you aren't familiar with Old Town Scottsdale, ask your friends and family. This is where you want to be (zip code 85251). For larger parties than 10 people, additional homes in complex can be rented.

Unit has a 65 inch TV in family room, a PlayStation 4 for the kids, & Smart TVS & Cable in each bedroom. Home is internet/Wifi ready & has 24 hour check-in w/ a Smart Lock (No Key Needed). The complex offers 2 pools, Hot Tub, a BBQ grill area with picnic tables, & two dog parks.

This is probably one of the nicest vacation rental you will ever stay in. It has all the bells & whistles. The old saying, "Pictures are worth a thousand words" applies.

The pictures really say a lot about the home. I focused on an upscale feel and look. I have always been very passionate about what I do and pride myself in paying attention to the details. We focused on having a 5 star guest experience in the bedroom first by choosing high quality mattresses, sheets, and pillows. I read reviews on mattresses, sheets, and pillows that would help give you a comfortable night’s rest.

I put the "extras" in this home that I have in my own home. We added a bidet in the bathroom (which will clean and blow dry your behind). We added little things like board games (chess, poker, Monopoly, Cards Against Humanity, etc). We added a 24 hour smart lock check-in, lamps that have power outlets built in, and USB outlets above the nightstands.

Everything is brand new from the coffee machines, to the TVs, to the mattresses, to the furniture, to the silverware, etc. This isn't a "budget vacation rental" and I do my best to pay attention to the details. I pride myself in being a good host and helping you feel like your at "home" when your on vacation. Please ask if you need any suggestions on what to do or where to go.
