Individual villa of 90 m² with 3 bedrooms. Very pleasant kitchen in a beautiful living room. Large 15 meter swimming pool to be shared with only 5 other villas.
The living room and the 3 bedrooms are each equipped with independent air conditioning. Located in the Urbanization Via Marina 3 km from Miami Playa. It is a very quiet residential area, ideal for families with children. 15 km away in SALOU you have the biggest amusement park in Spain, PORTAVENTURA. Very culturally rich region (Antoni GAUDI, Joan Miro ....).

Conforme en tous points
Très heureux de cette location. Très bonnes prestations avec un bon niveau d’équipement. Très bonne situation, il ne manque que la possibilité d’aller à pieds à la plage mais en 5 minutes de voiture c’est réglé et on trouve de la place facilement. Et la piscine est bien agréable et, bien que commune, peu sollicitée et suffisamment grande pour être partagée. Nous reviendrons probablement.

Nous avons passé une semaine au mois d'avril dans cette charmante maison. Le confort et le calme ont particulièrement été appréciés Plage et commerces à proximité. Le temps ne nous a pas permis de profiter de la piscine mais nous y retournerons rien que pour le plaisir d'y plonger. Nous recommandons vivement cette location.

la maison est très bien située, calme. 2 minutes de l'autoroute A7, 5 minutes de la plage et 3 minutes du supermarché Consum.on voit bien les montagnes Excellente maison. tout est confortable. Cuisine très bien équipée. les enfants ont bien profité de la piscine et aussi d'une piscine municipale à 3 minutes à pied. nous avons passé un excellent séjour de rêve. nous comptons retourner l'année prochaine.

Excelent séjour
Excellent maison. tout est confortable. maison spacieuse. cuisine très bien équipée. nous avons passé deux semaines dans cette maison du 01/08/2015 au 15/082015. c'était un confort que je n'ai pas trouvé ailleurs car je suis habitué des locations en Espagne. je compte retourner l'année prochaine.
