Take a beautiful summer stroll to Asa's Landing on the Cove with your coffee in hand and enjoy the scenic views. A walk to Tonset Landing is an absolute MUST! Paradise awaits you. The house is conveniently located near the village of East Orleans and downtown Orleans Center. Visit Nauset or Skaket Beach by day, enjoy a show at Academy Playhouse, a summer concert at the beach or an ice cream from Sundae School. Stay put and BBQ in the backyard, play horseshoes, corn hole or just relax on the hammock and chill after a day at the beach. This is the PERFECT summer getaway, tucked away in a quiet neighborhood great for walking, biking and jogging. Kids can play in the yard while you enjoy a drink on the patio.

We loved staying at this small, well furnished cottage. It was perfect for two. The kitchen had a new refrigerator and new petite stove and microwave which all worked well. There is a classy flagstone patio with cushioned chairs and a Char Broil grill which we enjoyed; however it was a trek to the picnic table at the upper end of the large lot. The queen bed was comfortable though I might bring my pillows next time. The living room TV worked well and the WiFi never skipped a beat, and the couch was quite comfy. If I had to mark something down it would be the bathroom, which needed more towel bars and was quite small. There is a delightfully quiet AC in the living room, and one in each of the bedrooms. The upscale neighborhood included Asa's landing which provided easy kayak access to Town Cove. We were only 15 minutes by car from Skaket and Nauset beaches. Be sure to purchase your town beach stickers. Orleans is a wonderful, peaceful town with 3 large grocery stores, several seafood markets and lots of boating access. Truth is, it was very hard to leave this immaculately kept delightful cottage!

Was everything we look for
Great location - nice neighborhood and close to beaches and town. Lovely, clean and fully equipped home and Susan was great about communicating. On the smaller side, but perfect for a couple or small family. Large yard - perfect for active kids. Especially enjoyed walking in the neighborhood, marsh walks nearby, sitting/eating out on patio with bistro lights and outdoor shower.

Cheerful Comfortable Cottage on the Cape!
Loved our stay at this adorable cottage. It was very clean and welcoming. The hostess, Susan was easily available and friendly. She was thoughtful with nice little touches upon our arrival. We spent a lot of time enjoying the patio and hammock. The house had everything we needed. Peaceful neighborhood. Great location with the cove just a short walk away. We found Orleans to be the perfect location for spectacular beaches and kayaking in the back bay area.

We had never rented on the Cape before and for our family of 4 with two kids ages 4 and 7 this was perfect! The home was super clean a d well organized and the owner super communicative and helpful. The home is a 12 minute drive in either direction from Skaket beach (the kids favorite with all the crabs and snails to play with) and the ocean beaches. Also same distance into town for fresh fishery and beach supply shops. We had no need to eat out, cooked and prepped sandwiches at the home where a lovely large yard welcomed us each day. Perfect for kids to run around, relax in the hammock and play games. Big picnic table for eating outside was also perfect. Thank you so much Susan for being a wonderful host. We hope to come again!

My husband and I met at a friend's wedding in Brewster. It has held a special place in our hearts ever since. Our three boys have grown up loving it just as much as we do! They've taken sailing lessons in Brewster, love riding their bikes down the Cape bike paths, and have enjoyed Tanglewood Marionette shows, live theatre and nights at the drive in movies. Orleans was the perfect location for us to purchase a home. It's conveniently located near some of the best shops, restaurants, and close to Chatham, Brewster, and countless other fun spots. We hope your family enjoys your time on the Cape as much as we do!

The neighborhood is spectacular! It's the ideal spot to go for a walk, a jog or a bike ride. The scenic views are picturesque and captivating. The house itself is the picture perfect cottage-like home. It boasts hardwood floors and is just a dream home for us!
