Independent apartment with double bedroom, bathroom with large shower, kitchen, garden and barbecue in the green and not far from the town of Castagneto Carducci. Great location for a holiday by the SEA, reachable from here in a short time, CAMPAIGN, where you can enjoy excellent wine tastings for which this region is famous for, and to know Bolgheri and all those delightful towns of this wonderful corner of TUSCANY.

Super kleine Wohnung. Total ruhig und abgeschieden. Ausstattung ok und Einrichtung normaler Standard. Super für Urlaub mit Hund geeignet. Großer Garten! Auf dem sehr großen Grill haben wir leckere Dorade in Salzkruste gegrillt. Sehr nette Begrüßung der Vermieterin. Nicht weit zum Meer und zum Einkaufen. Nicht mit Sportwagen bzw. tiefergelegtem Auto erreichbar. Wir werden wieder kommen! 🥰😁👍

Il Podere l'Uccelliera è veramente immerso nel canto degli uccellini
Siamo stati molto bene e la proprietaria è stata molto disponibile :l'appartamento nel Podere gode di tranquillità assoluta ed è dotato di tutto il necessario. Per trovare qualche aspetto migliorabile potremmo dire l'accesso per breve tratto di strada sterrata un po ripida

il luogo è tranquillo e immerso nella natura. E utile sapere che l ultimo tratto del percorso è piuttosto difficoltoso su una stradina scoscesa con un fosso sulla destra . Di notte non è illuminata

Good relax in Tuscany
The property seems to be renovated recently and is pretty comfortable and functional. It is a part of a house where the owners live, but it is completely independent. It has its own veranda which is best place to spend hot summer day. It is shadowed by trees so you don't feel high temperatures. Property is out of Castagneto Carducci town, some distance off main road, but the owner sent detailed description how to find it. Road is a little steep towards the end, so good car is recommended. Property is bit on the side and mobile reception was bad, at least for our operator. Some might consider it a benefit, but if you need to be online all the time it might be a problem. When we arrived internet was broken and on one of days hot water stopped working. In both cases owners were really helpful and resolved issues very quickly. To get to nearest beach you need to drive 15 minutes and find a parking place. Place is pretty crowded during weekends, but during a week it was OK. Maybe it gets more crowded in July and August. The nearest supermarket is 10 minutes drive, so it is not bad. Overall we spent very good week in Tuscany. We had peace and quiet, which was what we were looking for.
