We enjoyed our stay in this lovely home. It really has everything you need. Quick uber take you where you need to go. I reached out to Ann on two occasions and received a response very quickly. We bought too much wine and left it behind for the next guests to enjoy! Pay if forward when you can. Cheers!

Great find in Nashville
Great spot, very clean and comfortably sleeps 8-10 people. Close drive to everything downtown and Ann was very responsive throughout the entire process.

Amazing! Amazing!
This house exceeded our expectations! We were a group of 10 in Nashville for the first time. This house was the perfect place for a large group as it was so spacious. The beds were ultra comfortable and the outdoor screened in porch was a perfect spot to unwind as a group at the end of the day. The neighborhood was very quiet and accessible to downtown via a short Uber ride. I highly recommend this house. Great experience and Ann was fantastic as well with great communication and suggestions for restaurants and honky tonks

This house is perfect for a large group! Everyone had their own bed and the porch in the back of the house was perfect for hanging out. Ann was a fantastic host and prompt with answering my questions. Highly recommend!

Family get away
Ann's place was perfect for our group of 6 adults with plenty of room for us all to spread out! She is very attentive to your needs as a host and easy to communicate. Very short uber ride to downtown and easy to get to/from the airport. The house was clean, beds were comfortable and the screened in porch was a nice outdoor common area to have. We will definitely stay here again when we go back to Nashville!

This property blew me away with the high quality upgrades, the huge yard and most of all the location! It is centrally located to be conveniently accessible to Downtown/Broadway, the upcoming River North and TopGolf and the unique restaurants of East Nashville!
