About this property

Spacious & Affordable Colorado Home close to Boulder and Denver

Our home is spacious and comfortable offering views of the Front Range and a large covered front porch or large back deck with gas fire pit to enjoy time with friends or family eating or drinking coffee. We have a gas fireplace in downstairs living room, large master bedroom with attached sitting room, 4 full baths, Queen bed in downstairs bedroom, 2 full beds in upstairs bedrooms with 2 twin beds in fourth bedroom.
*We do have a dog living with us although we do not allow pets.
We are conveniently located 27 minutes from downtown Boulder where you can shop, eat amazing food, hike Chautauqua Park and the FlatIrons or 30 minutes from Downtown Denver. We are 20 minutes from Denver International Airport. One hour from breathtaking Estes Park and Rocky Mountain National Park and Eldora Mountain Resort, Loveland ski area and less than 1.5-2 hours from skiing resorts such a Winter Park, Breckenridge, Copper Mountain and many more. Or you can stay in Erie, and enjoy our quaint little town where we enjoy miles of bike trails, parks for kids, a sweet downtown area (less than a mile from our home) where we walk to enjoy local breweries, brick fire pizza and ice cream or coffee shops. *We also have a walkout basement that the owners stay in occasionally or can be rented out if available for a small fee

House in Erie
What a great house! From the porch swing to the fire pit to the telescope, this house has it all. We were in Erie for a family wedding and we had 7 cousins a mile away in another house. They came over one evening and experienced house envy. Raina is very quick on communication and the house lacks nothing that we needed. I would love to come back for my cousin's 5th year anniversary party! Highly recommend!

Absolutely beautiful!

Ideal Stay
We could not have chosen a better place to stay! Raina's communication was excellent- warm, welcoming, and so responsive. We had no problems, but she was ready if we did, and she gave us some great recommendations. It was like staying in a magazine picture- we loved the decor and earthy, comfortable vibe. Beyond wonderful place to stay!

Our family is new to the Boulder, CO area and is enjoying every minute of it- we are in college ministry and i am a stay home mom of 4 and an artist-we grew up in the south and attended LSU and have been waiting for an opportunity to move our here ever since! We have already been skiing, hiking, fly fishing, hiking and biking! we are so ready to share our home and adventures with you!

What makes this property unique

We chose this home for our family because of the unique location in between Boulder and Denver and the family feel of the town and neighborhood full of parks and biking trails and the quaint downtown of Erie. We also loved the high ceilings and large windows in this home and the extra living room in the master bedroom. Plus when we leave our home and turn the corner the front range greets us with its majesty and wonder!
