Come enjoy a piece of our paradise. This Shabby chic/beach house has a fun updated style. Kitchen is new, house is open concept.
We are one block from the beach 2 minute walking distance to the beach> restaurants within walking distance, pier and splash park(8-10 min.)
You can catch the trolley and sunshine bus to downtown,mainland,etc. Grocery stores near by, as is volleyball,miniature golf,and some of the best restaurants known for fresh seafood. Shopping on beach,downtown(historical district) and outlet malls. Fishing, surfing, paddle boarding ,kayaking. We are in the "GOLDEN MILE" close to everything. Animals welcome(2)medium size only, we ask that you don't leave dogs alone all day that bark! Neighbors are very important to us.

Use umbrella sand holder,don’t want it flying down the beach. Rinse bikes off,no sandy towels in washer(shake well outside). charge for animals $100
Outside umbrellas on porch please put down at night(windy). Pick up dog poop...bags at entrance to beach, on walk path, and on some mail boxes.

Little Yellow Cottage!
Great, great location. Across the street from the beach and right in the middle of the strip with restaurants, bars, t-shirts and ice cream within walking distance! Historic St. Augustine was 10 minutes away. Kitchen had everything, beds were comfy and house was clean. Will stay again! John

Cottage getaway
Very nice property, very clean, Pam leaves everything you can need on property. Beautifully decorated, very quiet neighborhood. Supper close to beach. Most of all very dog friendly town, even beach aloes your dog on a leash. Very satisfied

Awesome Cottage
This was a great place for us five adults. Cute cottage with a front patio and backyard. Comfortable beds and furniture 1 block walk to a great beach. Restaurants and some shopping very close also. Communication with Host was easy and so was getting access to the cottage. We would definitely stay there again.

Relaxing, cozy place & very cheerful!! Everything we needed was there. Comforts of home. The host was very helpful in any needs. We will return in the near future. Location is awesome & near to stores, restaurants.

Perfect location, great cottage
We absolutely loved staying in the yellow cottage! It’s the perfect location in St. Augustine Beach and only a few minutes walk to the dog-friendly beach. Everything is a short distance away, including historic downtown and Vilano Beach. The cottage was clean and spacious and had essentials there when we arrived. Pam was a very accommodating host and made sure we had what we needed. This was our third year in a row vacationing at SAB and can’t wait to come back again.

I've been in St. Augustine 38 years now. I left Michigan on my graduation night and never looked back! I got that sand in between my toes and ended up settling here. I would love to share with you our beautiful paradise.

Why they chose this property

Before buying this property I owned another one in the area, but it was too far away from the ocean for me. I love the interaction of the people walking by, and it's such a great neighborhood! Everyone is so friendly on the street, and you would be welcomed, and you'll probably end up having some great happy hours while making new friends.

What makes this property unique

This house is right in the "golden mile" beach area. We have a bike path, side walks, restaurants , markets, music venues, etc. The down fall is the darn smell of all the good food being cooked from the local restaurants. The quietness in the neighborhood at night is a plus. Very friendly area.
