You have a very nice apartment in a quiet luxury residence, secure with pool.
It is located 200 m from the town center, 300m from the port and 400m from the beach.
Everything can be done on foot!
The apartment measures 62 m2 and consists of 3 parts. It is air conditioned and has a terrace of 11 m2.
The beds are designed for 6-7 people.
The baby equipment consists of a high chair, a cot and a stroller.
Animals are not desired.
We do not provide bed linen and towels but with possibility of renting.
We ask a cleaning of end of stay with possibility of service.
A deposit of 400 € is to be given on the day of the arrival of the holiday makers.

Appartement magnifique dans résidence sécurisée très calme du 20 au 27 août pour notre part, très bien équipé de tout le confort et matériel comme à la maison, climatisation très appréciée, idéalement situé à Cavalaire pour naviguer près du port,du centre,de la plage sans même prendre la voiture (vélos par exemple). Terrasse donnant sur une piscine super et très appréciable en plus du reste. Accueil parfait et très sympa de Mireille à notre arrivée comme il était prévu... En conclusion de parfaites vacances reposantes et riches en découverte du coin grâce à une location ou on se sent très bien dès la première soirée.... merci,nous recommanderons et nous reviendrons...

Très bon séjour à Cavalaire dans cette résidence très bien situé proche du centre et de la plage. Appartement spacieux et agréable surtout la climatisation important dans cette région. Bien équipé avec tout le confort nécessaire. Manque juste un accès à un garage. Merci aux propriétaires pour ce séjour agréable

Très belle appartement
Appartement propre et très bien situé, résidence haut standing. Séjour parfait. Piscine agréable, climatisation fonctionnelle, ascenseur pratique ayant un bébé. Manque d’une chaise haute pour bébé et je pense d’une place de parking en sous sol. La personne sur place nous a très bien renseigné, et était a l’heure pour la remise des clés ainsi que pour le depart.
