Welcome! And thank you for considering The Sol Nest, our beautiful condo at Emerald Beach Resort, for your Panama City Beach vacation. We are located on the West End of Panama City Beach, near Pier Park and 30A.

No detail has been overlooked in this spacious designer getaway on the Emerald Coast's most prized location. This is a true resort located on the west end of Panama City Beach with all amenities. We purchased this delightful condo in March 2017, and are looking forward to sharing it with you and your family. I am committed to doing my part in helping create wonderful memories for your vacation.

This unit is much larger than most 1 bedrooms, with nearly 1000 square feet, two full bathrooms, and a large balcony with the most amazing sunsets. Beach chairs/service is included seasonally (usually mid-March through October).

Beachfront pool with tiki bar, snacks and drinks - note that- the pools were a big selling point for us in selecting this resort

Overall, we had a good time. The location was great. Close to the beach and within walking distance to a restaurants and shops. The unit was fairly clean and nicely decorated. The biggest downside was that it was quite a process getting from the parking garage to our unit anytime we wanted to leave. The pool areas were nice and enjoyable. We also went during spring break and were impressed with the lack of parties etc. It was fairly quiet and very relaxing. The price for the unit was fair and we felt like we got our money's worth. Panama City Beach is a nice place to stay, however we might try for a different area next time.

Beautiful balcony with gulf view
We enjoyed our stay in this 20th floor condo. The beach chairs with umbrella were set up for us each day of good weather which was excellent for beach time.

Winter Getaway
This was our second stay at Emerald Beach Resort. Had a great time. Loved the view of the gulf from the 21st floor. This is a 2 bath condo which was very nice and slighly bigger than the one bath condo we had last year. The condo was clean, nice decor and had most everything you'd need. Owner was quick to respond with any questions. Our month there was a nice break from our normally cold winter!

Wonderful condo
This condo is a gem!!!! Perfect location. Melly was an absolute doll and responded very quickly. The beach is literally right off the balcony. 21st floor with awesome views and elevators are lightning speed. I will say if you are looking for things to do and places to eat, don't come in off season (Nov-Feb) Things are closed. Restaurants, putt putt, Ripley's, etc. Now that we know this we will plan better the next time. The condo was stocked well. Little more effort is needed to clean floors but running broom thru was fine for me to do. Rugs in bathrooms were a little gritty and dirty but hey, you're on a beach. 😊 Highly recommend this condo. Thanks Melly. We will see you again!

October get away
The condo is beautifully decorated and furnished for your needs. The only negative for me, as a senior citizen with double knee replacements, is the tub is deep and difficult to get into and out of.
