Located on the South side of the island, it offers panoramic views with 340' of waterfront, private dock and spacious lawn. The calm, breezy atmosphere of this beach house is the ideal location to enjoy with family or friends. For the adventurous, take the kayaks for a paddle around the island into Neale Sound and watch the abundance of water fowl including Blue Heron, Bald Eagles and osprey. Children can enjoy a plentiful bike ride around the quiet neighborhood or to the Cobb Island Market for an ice cream while adults relax in a hammock or deck chair in cool shaded areas. Take a dip in the cool refreshing river or simply float on a tube while relaxing to the rhythm of the surf. Whether planning a family reunion, a friendly get together, a pre wedding getaway or just a relaxing vacation the many rooms, upper and lower decks, spacious living areas and fully equipped kitchen offer an entertaining and relaxing setting for all. Located on the most south eastern side of the island the house is privately enclosed to appreciate the quiet natural surroundings and marvelous views. Family adventure with our two adult children and their families. Perfect Pointe met all our needs and more. The house had plenty of space and comfort throughout. Outdoors provided numerous opportunities for any number of interests. Definitely plan a return! The Kling Family.

This house really is PERFECT
Each bedroom having a door onto the balcony gives such a wonderful panoramic view of the Potomac AND the wicomico. There is perfect privacy on this corner of the island. The mimosa trees were all in bloom and it was a natural wonderland. I prefer the crab picking happens outdoors - there is a covered space for the picnic table so rain or shine there’s always a perfect spot for it. We had a perfect weekend!! Wish we never had to leave. Can’t wait to get back there.

We bought a small cottage and then rebuilt the next year. Our family enjoys being here so much and so do all of our friends. We love it. So much to do and at the same time so much to NOT do!! Crabbing, fishing or just sitting, it really is a piece of paradise.
