Due to recent changes in the Connestee Falls rental Policy, stays of less than 30 days are no longer permitted in any Connestee Falls Homes.

Location:

This comfy, cozy home is located in Connestee Falls private community and 15 minutes to downtown Brevard. It is also an hour from south-west of downtown Asheville, an hour to Asheville Regional airport. 45-minute drive to Greenville, South Carolina.

Description:

Location, Location, Location! It’s all about the location with Home-Away-From-Home Vacation rental. This single level home is located in the gated community of Connestee Falls right in the center of it all, steps away from the clubhouse, tennis courts and golf course.  You can cook dinner, watch TV and enjoy your family with the open floor plan.


Step outside into the screen porch to enjoy cool summer evenings.  From the screen porch, you can walk out onto an open deck, you will appreciate the peace and quiet in this neighborhood. 
Because this home is in Connestee Falls, you will enjoy excellent amenities, including 13+ miles of private hiking trails and a George Cobb Designed Golf Course.  The community is also gated and staffed at the gates 24/7 and includes a roving security patrol that covers the entire 3,900 acres.



FOUR NIGHT MINIMUM STAY REQUIRED FOR THANKSGIVING HOLIDAY.

The Host

As your host during your stay, White Squirrel Realty is easy to reach by text or phone.  Each home is supplied with fresh, professionally laundered linens and supplies to make your stay comfortable.  Our cleaning crew is local, paid a living wage and are trained so that you can enjoy your vacation in a clean home.  

Confirmed guests will receive a text message to the cell phone on the reservation with a link to the essential information you need to enjoy your stay like the door code and the directions.  The digital guide book has information on the property and also on the area including restaurants, grocery stores and popular destinations.  Guests can go straight to the property at check-in time.

Lovely, comfortable, clean house in the heart of Connestee Falls. The house was well-equipped, the beds were comfortable, and all the basic amenities were provided. We did not want for anything during our stay.

The technician who fixed the A/C and the White Squirrel representative we spoke to on Thursday evening to request assistance with the AC were both so polite and friendly. Honestly, they were the reason we weren't upset about it not working (and bc the evening was so cool). If they hadn't been so accommodating, we would have had expressed a more negative experience.
