COOK & HOUSEKEEPER AVAILABLE - Select what you want from our menu of Optional Services and choose the day or day(s) and night or night(s) you prefer. Her meal services include early arrival to set up your table, prepare your meals, provide table service prior to, during and after your meal and clean the kitchen before departure. Her housekeeping service includes cleaning the kitchen and bathrooms, making the beds, sweeping and dusting . . . . now that's the way to enjoy your vacation, especially for Mom!
You can choose to buy your own groceries or have her shop for exactly what you may want and she needs to prepare your meal choices (ingredients & quantities). Remember, shopping in Samara is not like shopping "back home" - most often you have to go to 3 or 4 stores and/or local markets to find what you need and the freshest items available. On each shopping trip ($25) she will make all the stops necessary, and she can shop for several meals or several days on one trip.
It works like this - you make the list of meals and/or specific items you want, she will give you an estimated amount that she needs, and you give her the money. She will return with the grocery items, receipts for the purchases and your change. It's that easy, and it saves you hours looking for the items you want. In addition to shopping, her available (100% Optional) “pay as you go” services include:
• Breakfast only
o You tell her what you want and what time you want it served, she will come early and have coffee & fruit ready in advance. After she serves your breakfast, she will clear the table, wash all cooking and service items, then clean the kitchen before she leaves.
• Housekeeping only
o For weekly guests, a mid-week housekeeping service is provided, including towel change-out, but some of our guests want to feel a little more pampered so we do offer additional housekeeping days for those who want it.
• Breakfast & Housekeeping
o Now this is the best way to make Mom feel like she is on vacation!!
• Breakfast, Housekeeping & Lunch
o And now everyone can enjoy vacation to the MAX!!
Our local Tico housekeeper has years of experience working in area hotel kitchens, and she is also available to prepare wonderful dinners (seafood, chicken, pork, "typical" and more) for your entire family or group. You pick the meal from our menu and she does the shopping and you provide your beverage(s) of choice.
• Dinner only - the ultimate way to enjoy your vacation!!
o We urge you to consider this, especially for your first night. After a long day of travel, no one wants to try and round up everyone, get back in the car and go sit in a restaurant waiting to order and then wait for your food to be served.
o The best option is to enjoy your beverage of choice, relax on the open-air deck, covered terrace or in the pool while waiting for dinner to be served – it really is a “no brainer”.
o Most of our guest will try it for one night then order it for additional nights during their stay.
These services are OPTIONAL so you can have it every day, as many days as you wish, or not at all. If interested, please ask for the price of the service(s) you would like, and we encourage you to pay her directly for the services you have her do - just settle up with her every other day or so.
