Beach Level Condo-Very Clean!!!Great Location, Close to Everything!!!

This is the place you have been looking for! Walk out the door directly to the beach with perfect white sand. Island Shores is located .6 miles East of the Highway 59 intersection, in the heart of Gulf Shores.

Everything and anything you want to do is within 5 miles, from Shopping, Waterparks, Golfing, Fishing, restaurants, and more. Within the Island Shores property, there is a private swimming pool with lots of seating.

Master Bedroom(King Bed) has TV/DVD, ceiling fan and attached bath. The full kitchen is stocked with anything you may need during your stay, from coffee maker and toaster to cooking utensils and cookware. The kitchen opens up to the 4 top dining room table and living room.

The living room has a beautiful denim sofa bed and chair, along with a flat screen TV/DVD. There is a large picture window to capture the relaxing views.

Our condo is also equipped with FREE wireless high speed internet.

The second bedroom with 2 twin beds and closet has a beautiful ocean view along with a TV on the wall.

The first level views of the ocean make it feel like you are sitting on the white sandy beaches

Location is Key
This condo is located just steps from the Gulf, helping make it a bonus on location. The unit is nicely kept but it's starting to show it's age. We love the Gulf Shores area and hope to return. There are many nice restaurants, several within walking distance. The state park has a walking trail and is also close by.

Very Nice Location
We really enjoyed the stay here. It was conveniently located right by the breezeway so we just had to turn the corner to get to the beach which our children (and our legs lol) LOVED! Don’t really care much for the community laundry room just because not everyone is “clean” and considerate. They did provide a startup roll of paper towel and toilet tissue in each bathroom; however, I would highly recommend bringing your own as both were extremely rough and hard to use. It was conveniently located near shops and eateries. One downside is that the unit was not locked when we originally arrived, and the maintenance lady seemed to insinuate that we had done something wrong when we contacted her the next day. We used our provided code and the door opened despite flashing red so we figured it may have been a glitch with the door lock itself. However, we discovered the next day that the door code was never properly programmed and did not lock automatically after a few seconds as those locks usually do…luckily we were able to use the actual lock on the backside to lock the door that first night. Overall, very nice location and we would definitely recommend staying here with friends or a family with small children. Good location for anyone.

Great location. The access to the beach was wonderful. It was a great space for the three of us. Anymore than 4 would be a little bit cramped for space. We would book it again.

Why they chose this property

We chose Gulf Shores because it is in a great location, the beaches are clean and big. The area has really cleaned up since the hurricanes and they have added some great new places to eat right on the beach. There is so much to do for all ages and the weather is great.



What makes this property unique

We love walking on the beach, golfing, fishing, biking, crabbing, shopping and most of all just relaxing.
