A wonderful Yorkshire experience!
This is a fantastic place. The views out the front windows look like a picture postcard- stone wall, rolling hills, and even sheep! The location is great for driving into Manchester, Leeds, and York. There are wonderful places to hike around to see the countryside. This place - and Netherton - are just charming! The place is warm and cozy, and the kitchen well-supplied with pots, pans, and dishes. The bedroom and bathroom are upstairs. The bath has a shower with lots of hot water. Bring your own body wash. Bedroom has a double bed and lots of closet space. This place is lovely - will book again!

Well presented house from the inside
First impression of the property from the outside was that it was a very small terraced house in a very busy narrow road. No access to the rear of the property and no garden. Once the car was fitted into the space outside, directly next to the steps leading into the house, the only way to get back into the car was from one side (depending on which way the car was facing.) The house itself was very tidy and clean with everything we needed provided. Had good Wi-Fi coverage and the bedding was clean and fresh. We took our dog with us on holiday here as the house was advertised as dog friendly. On arrival we quickly realised that, whilst the owner accepts dogs, this house is definitely not suitable if your dog needs to go out during the night. Having to get out of bed in the early hours to go walkies with the dog was memorable, but not fun lol. The Yorkshire people we met were very friendly and the dog friendly parks and walks were great, especially Beaumont.
