We arrived and was immediately hit in the face with the stench of mold and mildew . We were told the would be a full size bed and pullout sofa . There was no pullout, when we tried to shower , the hot water handle fell off( Peter, the owner claimed we broke it .he also claimed we broke off the refrigerator handle .
Due to the conditions, we had to vacate . Peter The owner said he would reimburse us , then pleaded with us not to give him a bad report . We agreed .
When we followed up with Peter,a week later, he said we damaged his property and we should call Vrbo for reimbursement .
When we called Vrbo, they claimed we should have called immediately .
My suggestion: don’t rent a room in the Blue Parrot!
