This entire 1-bedroom (with high quality mattress), 1 bathroom apartment with large living room, dining area, and kitchen is newly renovated with unique furnishings and decor. It includes WIFI Internet, cable TV, Universal Multi Plug Adapter US / AUS / EU to UK 5 pin, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washer/dryer, and automatic central heating. This is a self-contained private apartment with no shared facilities. Just minutes away from London’s most exciting and popular attractions, this flat has everything you will need for a comfortable living experience in London.

Located in very safe and eco-friendly neighborhood in Central London- Zone 1, the apartment is walking distance from many restaurants, shops, local supermarkets and ATMs. Transport by metro/tube, bus, and even bicycles are available nearby.

The price will also comprise a long-term discount (for stays longer than 7 nights). And longer than 30 nights even more. The rates include all taxes and utilities, services from WIFI to gas, electricity. No extra costs to pay.

There is central heating, and no need for Air Conditioning (AC) in London.

The price given is all inclusive of all utility charges, taxes, there are no extras.

This 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment has a vast living and dining area including a 32-inch digital plasma TV, cable TV service, wireless broadband Internet (WIFI), and an I-pod docking station with speakers. The large L-shaped sofa converts to a double guest bed, and additional guest beds are provided for extra guests or those wanting to sleep alone.

Making meals is easy with the fully equipped kitchen with gas hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge and freezer. From appliances to utensils, you will find everything you need for a meal on the go or a full course sit down dinner. There’s the dinner table with chairs in the pictures, and also new extra funky stools for more guests. Enjoy a morning coffee from our coffee press. A washing machine is conveniently located in the apartment for laundry.

One beautiful double bedroom (double size bed) for peaceful nights with integrated storage and hanging unit, fitted carpet.


A bath can be found in the bathroom along with fresh towels and a selection of shampoo and soaps for your convenience.


FAQs:

- Early check-in can be arranged as well for a small fee of £35.

- Bed arrangements: double-size bed for 2 guests in master bedroom, sofa-bed in living room for 2 guests, plus an inflatable extra bed for extra guests wanting individual bed.

- A baby crib can be offered as well with prior intimation for a fee of £40.

- A high chair can also be offered with prior intimation for a fee of £20.

- All beddings, sheets, and also towels are provided, included. We strive to accommodate our guests' needs to the best of our ability. Please note that linens will be provided based on the number of guests indicated in the reservation. Any additional linens required or used beyond what is initially provided will incur an extra charge.

- Checkout cleaning and laundry are included as well. However, if you need an extra cleaning during your stay then please let us know in advance. Extra cleaning fees applicable.

- There is NO need for you to go to an office to pick up apartment keys. Our friendly guest manager will be waiting for you at the apartment.

Camden street markets are London's 4th most visited tourist attraction and comprise Camden Lock market, Buch Street market, Stables market, Camden Lock and an indoor market in the Electric Ballroom where you can find everything from arts, crafts, antiques to alternative clothing.

After you have been out shopping and walking through the markets, there are an infinite nightlife venue such as the Electric Ballroom, Jazz Café, KOKO, Roundhouse, Underworld, The Worlds End, Barfly, Proud Galleries and many more where you will enjoy the last music delights;

The Regent's canal will take you to the northern edge of Regent's Park which is home of London Zoo. Other well-known attractions in the area include Madame Tussauds, Leicester Square, Abbey Road Studios (St John's Wood) and Oxford Street.

There is public (paid) parking for your car- should you choose to drive into London. We recommend public transport instead- because it can take you everywhere. My apartment doesn’t have parking but you’ll be able to park in the streets (pay-and-display) or at indoor parking in our area here. Complete specific detailed information will be sent with your booking confirmation and arrival instructions and you can look up online too.

Nearest stations: Camden Town tube station (5 mins walk), Camden Road Station (1 mins walk), King's Cross/St. Pancras International and Euston are only a short walk away...

Enjoyed a month in London
We had a great time and really enjoyed the apartment. It is in a great location with respect to the tube, buses and overground as well as central London and north to Hampstead. We walked to Central London via the canal and Regents park on several occasions. We would definitely stay there again. I would say that the noise was something we had to get used to but London is a busy place. The apartment was clean and comfortable and met our needs during out month long stay.

Great value in a good location
Marco's place was a great base for our stay in London. It had all the facilities we needed and was convenient for all our London touring. Lots of grocery stores and places to eat locally. We had a great time!

Charmant appartement bien équipé dans un quartier artistique animé
L’appartement correspond tout à fait à ce que l’on observe sur les photos. Il est propre, bien aménagé et confortable. Quoique l’espace n’est pas immense, il est assez vaste pour une famille de quatre ou un couple. Nous étions deux adultes et deux adolescents et nous avions suffisamment d’espace pour s’installer. La cuisine offre l’équipement de base dont vous avez besoin et il y avait quelques condiments sur place. En soirée, l’accès à Netflix permet une belle détente en famille. Le wifi fonctionnait bien. Marco et son équipe communiquent rapidement avec vous si vous avez des questionnements ou des préoccupations en étant très courtois et professionnels. L’environnement est un peu bruyant car il est animé mais ne nous a pas empêché de profiter de notre séjour. Nous avons mis des bouchons mais les ados n’en ont en pas eu besoin. L’épicerie, les stations d’autobus et de métro, des restos et des cafés sont à proximité a pied, à moins de dix minutes de marche. L’accès au centre-ville et aux principales attractions de Londres se fait en trente minutes par le transport en commun. Le quartier est achalandé mais offre une ambiance festive et vibrante. Le Camden Market est une destination pour ceux qui aiment la découverte, côtoyer une foule bigarrée, des lieux insolites, de la bonne bouffe de rue et des commerces surprenants.
