Shore Beats Workin’ - Ariel Dunes I 3BR/3BA Corner Unit / Golf, Beach & Tennis

Spacious inside and out! Plenty of room for family and friends in this 3 bedroom condo in Destin, Florida. This is a corner unit on the second floor of Ariel Dunes I in Seascape Resort. Seascape has multiple restaurants on property, a golf course, tennis facility, and Seascape Resort Towne Center with shopping, arcade and laser tag. You and your guests can enjoy all this without getting in the car!!

Our favorite part of our condo is the 800 square foot balcony! The balcony has beautiful Ohana wicker furniture that truly makes it additional living space. The King Suite has a fabulous master bath and floor to ceiling windows leading out onto the balcony. The second bedroom is a queen suite with a private bath and private balcony. The third bedroom has twin beds for the kids! Each bedroom features it's own private bathroom so no one has to share!

Our unit is equipped to make your stay more enjoyable. We have dedicated Wi-Fi and upgraded cable for our unit, we also have a wide variety of board games for guest use. In addition to that, there are beach toys, boogie boards and a beach wagon to carry it all in! Seascape offers deeded beach access with a restaurant and bar, beach chair service, water inflatables, paddle boards, and much more. The golf and tennis facilities inside the resort also cater to Seascape guests. Silver Sands outlet mall is just 1/4 mile down the road and there are several other malls within a few miles. Ariel Dunes I features Cabana Cafe with award winning food and music. They will even deliver to our front door! Other amenities in Ariel Dunes I include a fitness center, pickle ball courts, two huge pools, one heated select times of the year, and one zero entry. There are other heated pools on property as well. All this and just 300 steps to the sand!

This unit is owner managed. We have a binder with contact information available so that you are able to contact us with any concerns. We will respond promptly and make every effort to ensure your stay is perfect! When you check out cleaning fee and taxes will included as part of the estimate. Walton County taxes are 12% part is collected by VRBO, part by us. If you have any questions about pricing please contact me and I will do my best to help!

Christmas trip
Our family stayed here during Christmas. It was well appointed with everything needed to make Christmas dinner etc. Having 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms was wonderful. Location close to the everything.

Property was as listed. Tanya was absolutely a gem to work with. Quick answers to questions and extremely friendly! Easy access to beach and many other places. We truly enjoyed our visit. Check in was a breeze as was check out. If you have this property on your list don’t hesitate, book now. It’s roomy and beautiful! The balcony and furniture is hands down one of the best features of the property. Super relaxing and comfortable. The balcony was my 19 month old grandsons favorite place to hang out and push his trucks around. Thank you for allowing us to stay here. We would definitely love to come back some time!

Beautiful Condo -Great Location
This was our twelfth year to stay in Ariel Dunes and this condo did not disappoint! The owners excelled at communicating with us and we had everything we needed and then some! Thanks for a great week and we will definitely look to see if this condo is available next year!

Thank you for considering AD 210 for your vacation! We live in Birmingham Alabama. I am a teacher and Bud is an electrician. Between us we have 6 children ages 10-32. We bought this condo so that our family would have a place to gather for many years to come! We are avid sports fans so we love the water sports, tennis , and golf at Seascape. We also love good food and music so having the Cabana Cafe right downstairs is a major bonus! We love that everything is within walking distance. This is our home and we want you to feel that way too! We are always available for questions or concerns. We hope you will consider making AD 210 your home away from home.

Why they chose this property

We chose this unit for several reasons. First, is the balcony. We looked at so many places with balconies you could barely fit two people on that the moment we saw the huge corner balcony we knew we found the one!!! Second, each bedroom has a private bath so no one has to share! This is perfect when we bring the kids and another couple. Third, are the pools. The pools are both huge so you never feel crowded and the zero entry and mushroom are great for little ones. Finally, is Seascape itself. We can walk to tennis and golf. Tons of shopping and restaurants and we never have to get in the car!!!

We have tried to provide as many extras as we can! There are beach toys, a cooler, boogie boards and even a beach wagon to put it all in. We are adding new things all the time!
