Beautiful 4 Bedroom Townhouse Near Disney!

Welcome to Villa Giacomo! Our townhouse is located in a beautiful gated community called Terra Verde Resort. We are only a 15 minute drive from the Happiest Place on Earth - Disney World! There is a wide range of restaurant options to choose from within a 5 mile radius. For the shopaholics, our townhouse is only a 10 minute drive from the Premier Premium Outlets, the new Disney Springs and several other retail establishments. The resort offers a beautiful community pool and hot tub, fitness center, tiki bar, weekly movie night, basketball court, volleyball court and more. The townhouse has 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths and a full size washer and dryeras well as your own private swimming pool. We look forward to welcoming you!

Beautiful property, clean and comfortable!!
This property was exactly what we were hoping for during our recent stay in Orlando. Great central location, close to all the theme parks and attractions, the property was clean and well maintained. Great communication with the owners, the staff were friendly and accommodating. We will definitely be staying here again!!

Great Stay
This home is great place to stay. The Terre Verde complex is safe and convenient with lots of amenities. Ann is a great host. She provides excellent communication, and is very accommodating. Highly recommended !!

Loved this home!
We had a wonderful stay at this awesome home! Flew 3000 miles to come and it was a nice, spacious home to relax in between theme park visits. Loved the enclosed pool and the lake! The owner communicated with us if things came up- she always responded and was very friendly. We will definitely book again if we come back to Orlando!

Absolutely Perfect
Myself and my family just spent 4 weeks here, the house was beautiful, so comfortable, clean and in one of nicest locations in the resort. The pool was amazing and Ann was so lovely to deal with. We would definitely, recommend this property to anyone and we would definitely stay here again!
