Located in the center tower of Building B at the Amelia Surf & Racquet Club, High Surf has Penthouse panoramic oceanfront views you'll have to see to believe!

This completely renovated deluxe condo offers two oceanfront bedroom suites - each with sliding glass doors that open onto balconies. The Master bedroom features a king bed flanked by south facing windows. View the ocean through a 12' wall of glass with sliding glass doors that lead to an oceanfront corner balcony with expansive views. The Master bath has a walk-in custom shower and ample closet space. The master bedroom also has 42" flat screen tv, ceiling fan, alarm clock, and room darkening shades.

The second oceanfront suite offers two full beds, plenty of closet and storage space, large flat screen tv, room darkening shades, ceiling fan, and a large sliding glass door onto the balcony - complete with table and chairs. The bath has a tub and shower. There is a door which allows for privacy from the bedroom to the bath.
The living room wall of windows give an expansive 7th floor perspective of the ocean. Watch the shrimp boats as they gather the world's best shrimp! The room's 2 sliding glass doors open to the balconies and provide 180 degree panoramic views — perfect for enjoying a morning coffee, watching the sun rise and enjoying the fresh ocean breeze. Keep your eye out for the bunnies and tortoises! The living room also has a 55” Samsung Smart TV with an additional sports channel package, and Xfinity Blast! wireless internet [the fastest available].
The kitchen is well stocked for all your cooking needs or venture out to one of the many incredible restaurants located within minutes of the condo. High Surf has granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, full sized washer and dryer.

Visiting Amelia Island for an event at the Ritz? High Surf is less than a ten-minute walk away — along a tree-lined pedestrian-only path.

Beautiful views, and very comfortable. Here during hurricane Idaila but could not get the hurricane shutters to work.

Nice unit - incredibly bad communication
Lovely unit however we have stayed at ASR for 30+ years and have NEVER had such a problem with communication with an owner/lessor before as we did with Mock's Amelia Vacations. The link on VRBO to communicate did not work and the phone number provided was sent to voice mail most of the time. The phone was not answered on the weekend at all. Elisha Mock told me that she "could not possibly answer the phone on the weekend otherwise she would never have any time off." It took multiple (13) phone calls to clear up a credit card that had to be updated and to rent the place for additional days after we were first offered the rental for additional time by Mock's Amelia Vacations. We love the Amelia Surf and Racquet condos but would not rent one again from Mock's Amelia Vacations.

Stunning View and Convenience
One of the best views from any room! You can watch sunrise, get a close up view of pelicans flying by, or watch the Osprey fish and bring almost right to your windows all from your balcony or inside from huge window! Even a view of ocean from the master bath! Nicely stocked and beautifully furnished! Clean! Easy access to pool and Beach. Will be back to stay again!!!

Everything was wonderful. The left cabinet door under the sink was unhinged upon arrival. It needs reattached before there is damage. Not much cooking in the unit so it wasn't an issue..
