Baseboards were quite dusty. Unit needs to be better equipped. Very few cutlery. No dish cloths or tea towels.

Exceeded Expectations
The condo was even better than the pictures suggest! We walked in to a direct view of the gulf. The bathroom is huge and plenty of storage for clothes/suit cases. I was a worried that being just above the pool would be loud but once the slider is closed with blackout curtains - we slept well in that very comfy bed! It was nice to sit on the deck and hear the live music at Sloppy Joes. Would definitely rebook and recommend as a perfect option!

This was perfect for us. Location was ideal. Balcony was awesome and the beach was great. Nice little perk having sloppy Joe’s right there. Yummy breakfast on the water.walking distance to many places

Why they chose this property

The Bilmar Beach Resort is a land mark resort in the heart of Treasure Island. The renovations and conversion to a condo hotel have given private owners like me the opportunity to have a piece of property in this exceptional setting.

What makes this property unique

I love to sit on the balcony early in the morning and watch the resort come to life. I sip my coffee and 'people watch' ..... the walkers, bikers and runners on the mile and a half beach walk way.
