Nice,clean one bedroom condo with water views within steps of the bay. Kitchen was adequately equipped. Bed was very comfortable. The only issue that came up was it was not communicated that people other than the owner have access to the condo while your there. I went for a hour long walk only to find a company worker sprayjng for insects had accessed the inside where I had left my wallet,credit cards, and an envelope with a substantial amount of large cash bills in the open!!!! I was pissed to say the least. The owner apologized and offered $100 for my concerns? I had no idea if cash was taken or credit cards numbers were copied..it was a horribly morning. It should have been plainly noted that workers have access without notice to enter your place so valuables may be placed out of sight.

The apt is perfect for walking. It is very close to Fort the Soto. I recommend it 100% I hope to return soon. The communication was very good

Updated condo in a great location on Isla. Paradise!
My time in Palma was very enjoyable. Lovely views and I felt very much at home. Right by the pool but not noisy at all with views out over the bay. The owner was very helpful with whatever concern I had. I have stayed in many condos on the island over the years (I owned one previously) and this is my favourite. I will return to my island paradise and this condo!
