excellent séjour hivernal en Oléron !
Gite convenant parfaitement à un séjour hivernal en Oléron, avec ses commodités. Très bien situé dans La Cotinière, -qui garde une bonne animation/commerces disponibles l'hiver en Oléron-, + sa proximité plage (+ peut-être bien/mieux préciser sur l'annonce que "studio à pièce unique" + "pas de cour / jardinet" )

Studio impeccable bien situé
En complément de l'appréciation ci-dessus, le studio est très bien; la climatisation qui sera (en principe) installée l'an prochain sera vraiment un plus non négligeable. Mis à part un petit manque d'espace pour les rangements d'effets personnels, l'appart est parfait. Sa localisation vis à vis du port et des commerces est toute proche, c'est très sympa. Séjour très agréable, merci.

Emplacement idéal que ce soit côté plage ou côté commerces. Appartement très confortable et bien équipé. Très bonne situation pour visiter tous les sites intéressants.
