The house has two floors, for a maximum occupancy of 10 people/guests. In the low/first floor is the living room, the kitchen, with all necessary appliances and utensils, a dining room, a bathroom and a room for the washing machine (laundry Room).
In the the second floor are all the rooms. Two of them are marriages' rooms, and there are another two doubles, and Also there is a bathroom in this floor.

Under availability, it will be possible to offer 2 extra beds.
On the outside of the house there is a garden with swimming pool, which has an enclosure for the security of the smallest, as well as furniture to be able to make barbecues.

Estancia Casa Lola Oreña
Hemos estado muy a gusto en la casa este mes de agosto, es espaciosa y cómoda, con un jardín muy grande y con mucho encanto, además muy bien situada, próxima a lugares de interés; además su propietario Joaquín siempre ha estado tan amable y atento a cuanto pudiéramos necesitar en cada momento. Una experiencia inolvidable.

Wonderful Holiday
Joaquín was wonderful, welcoming and helpful. The house was pleasant, the pool lovely and there were plent of interesting places and beaches to visit in the vicinity.

countryliving close to the beach
We had a lovely holiday in the north of spain. Joaquin and his family were very welcoming and friendly. We were supplied with fresh eggs and own grown tomatoes. Our kids had lots of space to play between the fruit trees and absolutely loved watching the chickens. The pool and the whole property were fenced in, so we were able to relax as well. The house is rather impressive and has lots of space, although after the two week stay I have to say that it is in need of some renovation here and there. Having said that we would go back anytime.

Fuimos a pasar el fin de semana y fue estupendo, para repetir sin duda. Una bonita casa en medio de un hermoso jardín y una piscina increíble con su vaya de seguridad para los niños, que disfrutaron como lo que son! Habitaciones amplias con gran claridad y colchones cómodos, la cocina tiene todo tipo de utensilios que puedas necesitar y en general la casa muy limpia Joakin súper amable! Hemos estado encantados. Volveremos!!

Casona familiar perfecta
Una casona familiar perfecta, muy limpia, con todo el equipamiento necesario, y un jardín estupendo. La piscina es de metro cincuenta de profundidad sin zona “infantil”; hay que tener cuidado si se va con niños pequeños, pero tiene valla de seguridad así que es fácil controlar que haya siempre un adulto con ellos. Hemos estado muy a gusto - disfrutando el jardín y la piscina a tope, los niños encantados con tanto espacio para jugar y los padres disfrutando de la tranquilidad. La casa está junto a la carretera, pero el tráfico no nos ha molestado - la parte principal del jardín, merendero exterior y piscina quedan protegidas por el jardincillo delantero y la casa misma. Tuvimos un trato excelente con el dueño, muy atento. Para volver!
