New owners of this lovely condo located in Miramar beach. White sandy beaches and blue emerald waters
Just steps from the beach with private gated beach access.
Sleeps up to 4 adults and 2 children. (HOA rules of occupancy limits)


All linens are cleaned every visit, every guest. Shower liners are washable and cleaned every visit too.
Newly painted in a soft décor. New linens, New Sofa with Memory Foam bed, New Recliner
Flat screen TV 48 " livingroom - Flat screen TV 30" bedroom
Updated kitchen white cabinets and granite look countertops
NO Pets and NO Smoking
Person renting must be 25 years old or greater and must be one of the occupants staying in the Condo during the duration of the stay.

Destin has to offer everything you need to enjoy the best vacation. Plenty of shopping and dinning to suite anyone. Pompano Joes and Crab Trap are within walking distance of our complex. Enjoy walking on the walking path located along Scenic Gulf Drive. You can bring your bicycles and ride them along the path as well. We have 2 pools and 1 hot tub and plenty of parking. Like grilling well we have that covered as well. 3 small out door grills located near the back pool as you watch the kids play.

We had a great week .. Frank was very tentative .. great place to stay condo was very clean and had every amenities we needed.. walking distance to private beach was great !! Can’t wait to visit next year !!

Great Place and Location
My family and I (2 adults and 2 kids-1 with delays) came for spring break 2022. It was amazing! So many great people who were there and friendly. The property was exactly as pictured! Great stay! 100% would recommend and stay again!
