Conviently located on the Main Street of Leadville above a lovely coffee shop—great for breakfast The studio itself is roomy for two Property manager needs to fix the lighting in the kitchen area and the closet area. Lovely view of the mountains

Definitely needs some attention to details!
I did not want to write a poor review for this cute apartment, but I sent a message to Nick and no response. (almost a week now) My positive: Apartment is nice, great view of the main street and mattress was comfortable. This place has the potential to be a "really cool place if they fixed some things" as my husband stated. My complaints: 1. Pulled back the bedspread to find a very worn, see-through fitted sheets with holes all over. Luckily, we found the fitted sheet in the closet, the one that matched the flat sheet already on the bed. 2. Pillows are atrocious! All super flat, stained and no protective covering on them except a pillowcase. The thin pillows and altitude (low O2) caused my neck to spasm. Went to clinic due to pain and nausea from pain. (more $) Went to Family Dollar for pillows but they do not carry them. Thankfully we did find 2 more flat ones in loft hidden under the bedspread. 4. The Washer/Dryer is listed as an amenity but has a sign that you are not allowed to use it. 5. As others stated I did not receive any check in instructions and had to send a message to Nick the morning we were heading up to Leadville to get the access info.

Location, Location, Location
This property was all that was advertised. My wife and I came out to Leadville all the way from Council Bluffs, Iowa to get some much needed hiking in. We booked this place and were very happy with it. It sits just above a coffee shop/bakery, and in the middle of they main strip of the downtown area, there were great dinner places, bars, and shopping just right outside our door. I would book this place again without a second thought.
