Come enjoy the original character of our 1950's home as well as the refreshing updates of brand new windows, brand new front porch and entryway, newly remodelled bathrooms and finished basement. We know your group will feel right at home here as you visit Louisville for the one and only Kentucky Derby! We are located just 15 minutes from Churchill Downs.
