Brand new remodeled home, in quiet, safe neighborhood. 3/2 , Master has King bed, the other 2 bedrooms have Queen beds, they are all new as well. Lots of things to do close by, golf , fishing, boating,walking. Less than 5 miles to historic downtown Punta Gorda. Lots of fun things and places to see there. Close to lots of shopping.
Come down and see for yourself, you will fall in love, just like I did.

Port Charlotte Stay
We only returned home yesterday so are completing the review at our earliest convenience. Everything was as promised. We had a wonderful neighbor across the street. The house was spotless and the area was clean and quiet. Laura was available if needed. Thank you Laura

The property was just as advertised. Very nice quiet neighborhood, great backyard for family pet. Plenty of dishes, bedding to make a very long stay extremely comfortable.

Perfect! Cute, comfortable and had everything I needed.
I stayed for a month with my husband. The house was so nicely decorated in a seashore theme, the furniture comfortable. I had everything I needed. The kitchen had was filled with all the items that I needed. Out on the lanai there was a nice patio set with a ceiling fan to keep cool. Everything was very clean, organized and the host was helpful and easy to contact. The neighborhood was good and there were plenty of activities near. I was very happy with my stay.
