Beautiful new construction (2017) in newer high end neighborhood. Stunning views of Gore Range and local neighborhood pond across the street. This property has has 3 bedrooms plus a loft, 3.5 baths, large kitchen/living/dining area, and great for small families or couples traveling together. There are stunning panoramic mountain views of the Gore Range across the way and a small neighborhood pond across the street. There is another small neighborhood pond (North Pond) close to the entry of the adjacent neighborhood which is open to the public for ice skating/hockey in the Winter, and paddle boarding/kayaking in the Summer.

This town home is spacious and spread out. The top level has the Master bed with a 4 poster King bed, private full bath with double vanity, granite counter tops and tiled shower with glass door. The second bedroom has a Queen bed and full bath (shower/tub) in the hall. The loft is also on this level with a Double sleeper sofa, 42" 4K Smart TV and DVD player. Washer and Dryer here too! All bedding and mattresses are new, comfy and cozy!

Going down to the Main level, you have the open kitchen/living/dining area, half bath and 3rd guest room. The bright open living area has large windows, a beautiful gas stone fireplace, leather sofa, decorative chairs and a 56" 4K Smart TV. The dining area has a large table for 8 and 3 breakfast bar stools, the deck off the living area has a gas grill and outdoor seating, and again, beautiful views of the Gore Range mountains! This is a great place to have morning coffee and/or happy hour cocktails! The 3rd guest room is on the main level also, has a new Queen bed, slider with views to the open spaces in the back (you might see some Colorado wildlife here!), private full bath with granite counter top double vanity and walk-in tiles shower.

If you are traveling with young/small family members, there is a Pak-N-Play available for your use!

As you make your way down 1 more level, you will now be on the ground floor, entry/garage level. There is a one car heated garage with plenty of additional space to store skis, boots, poles, fishing poles, kayaks, paddle boards, all kinds of gear!
