Nestled in a quiet neighborhood near the heart of Sevierville and the fun-filled destination of Dollywood, you won't have to go far for fun.

The casual alpine ambiance welcomes you in as you sink into the comfy couch. Surf the cable channels on the flatscreen HDTV, or cuddle up by the gas fireplace with your special someone. On hot days, the central A/C will keep you nice and cool.

Put a load of laundry into the private washer/dryer, then ease into the bubbling hot tub out on the deck. Fire up the charcoal grill to show off your BBQ skills.

Back inside you'll find a basic kitchen with an open layout and standard appliances, including a dishwasher. Enjoy your meal at the classic wooden dining room table, or outside on the deck to enjoy the tree-lined views.

As the day winds down, this one-bedroom (plus loft), one bathroom home will play host to up to four guests and a canine companion (a 20 pound weight limit applies). In the bedroom, you'll be greeted by a soft king-size bed waiting to lull you into a restful night of sleep, and en suite with stress-melting whirlpool tub. If you need more sleeping space there is a sofabed available as well.

Take a day to explore all of the wonders and possibilities for adventure at the family-friendly destination of Cades Cove. Bring the camera along to capture a few snapshots of the local wildlife, and then get your adrenaline going with a high-flying trip down the zipline.

Make some family-friendly memories when you fly down the roller coasters and dive into the mouthwatering sweet treats at Dollywood just a short drive away. If the temperatures start to rise, head over to Dollywood's Splash Country Water Park to cool down in the water attractions and tear down the heart-racing water slides.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
