This calm and very private 2 bedroom apartment offers every facility only steps away from the Place des Vosges, the musée Carnavalet and the bustling centre of the Marais district.
The apartment is located on the 3rd floor, no elevator (very easy stairwell though)
It sleeps 4 people comfortably, either as 2 double or 1 double and 2 single beds. Comes with Wifi throughout, a fully equipped kitchen and secured access to the building.
This apartment is located in one of the oldest parts of Paris. The building was erected in the 17th century and the entire neighborhood is rich in history and timeless architectural treasures.
The nearest subway stop is Saint Paul -Le Marais.

Basically good
Location, location location… This place is a good value in a great location. Close to everything you’re gonna want to see and do in Paris. But note, if you have a single body more than four people – – two of them being kids – – this is going to be a tight, tight. Note that it’s a tad spare, not “Lux” but this is exactly what my husband, Family and I were looking for

Amazing location in the Marais
I can't say enough good things about the location of this apartment. It is on a well-traveled but still fairly quiet street in the Marais, close to tons of shopping and restaurants and only 2 blocks from the St. Paul Metro stop. Note that it is a 3rd floor walk up, which was a bit of a challenge after a long day and in the heat. The size and configuration of the apartment were perfect for our family of 2 adults and 2 children (7 and 10). Our only real gripe was that it was very hot and humid when we were there. There is no air conditioning, which is typical of traditional French apartments. However, one of the 2 small portable fans in the apartment did not work, and the owner did not respond to our multiple requests about this. This made it uncomfortable to be in the apartment during the daytime and difficult to sleep during the hottest nights.

Perfect in the heart of the Marais!
The apartment far exceeded our expectations, right in the heart of the Marais. It’s comfortable, clean, and really did feel like our own home in Paris. There is so much in walking distance too: two blocks to Place de Vosges, 5 minutes from the Picasso Museum, 2 blocks to the Metro, 2 blocks to groceries, bread shops, wine shop, cafes…perfect for our family of three.
