Come to Waldport, where 'The Forest Meets the Sea.' This lovely oceanfront home combines the best of both worlds, with large picture windows framing the beach, and views of evergreen mountains all around.

Well-cared-for and newly updated, this bright and sunny one-story home offers two plush bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a remodeled kitchen, a cozy family room, a comfy living room, landscaped yard, and one car garage complete with a boogie and skim boards for your use. The family room has a large window-front workspace for working away from home or for careful local crafting. Free wifi is available for your convenience, as are books, movies, games, and marshmallow roasting skewers for your enjoyment. Linens and towels are provided. Grocery stores, restaurants, local shops, and gas stations are nearby.

This house is conveniently located on a secluded oceanfront road with only a handful of neighbors. The beach is easily accessible just one house away via a public pathway and down several stairs. For visitors from far away, two airports are available: Portland and Eugene. For locals, it's a scenic drive through picturesque mountains or along the breathtakingly beautiful coastline.

Whether you seek adventure, relaxation, or anything in between, opportunities abound in every season, including beachcombing miles of expansive soft sand beaches, whale watching, seal and sea lion watching, fishing, crabbing, clamming, birdwatching bald eagles, sandpipers and seagulls, horseback riding, souvenir shopping, restaurant grazing for foodies and fasties alike, boating, visiting nearby Sea Lion Caves and Lighthouses, leisurely driving the scenic Pacific Coast Highway, glass blowing at a local shop, biking, kite flying, campfires on the beach, exploring tide pools, hiking, storm watching, attending local kite festivals and glass float festivals, building sand castles.... or absolutely nothing at all on the peaceful and picturesque back deck of this lovely beach house.

Perfect beachfront property
The views are amazing! Truly beachfront. Home is updated, with all you need. Decor is tasteful beach vibe. We absolutely loved our stay, so much that we extended. My only complaint is with the property management company, Ocean Beach Vacations. I wanted to extend and they told me I had to go through VRBO but long story (4.5 hours of my vacation time) later, it was they (Ocean Beach Vacations) that had to do the transaction and extend. They did offer a free late check out (once I asked) which was the least I feel they could do. The rate to extend was still filled with extra fees. None of this being the owners fault. I did also notify the rental co that the jet tub leaks badly into the wall so we did not use the tub for the rest of our stay. Not sure if the owners are aware of all the damage this may be causing to their beautiful home.

The house has a beautiful view and great access to the beach!! The house was clean and well appointed. I would defiantly stay here again! If I had to say one bad thing I guess it would be that the TVs in the living rooms are to small but you shouldn't be watching tv with a view like this anyway. What a wonderful place!!

New dream house!
This house could not have been more amazing! We actually loved it so much that we immediately contacted the property manager to ask to stay another night. Luckily, they got back to us quickly and we were able to extend our stay. The location was perfect- right on the beach. The house was very well-stocked- we had so much fun cooking, doing puzzles, and taking beach walks here!

Great property, horrible property management
The house and location were the best. The property management was horrible. We called and left a message when we arrived and never heard back. The fridge smelled like raw fish the whole time we were there. The ice smelled like raw fish, it permeated everything in the fridge. Some of the cooking utensils had food on them and had us cleaning all dishes before using them. What ever they cleaned the floors with made them extremely slippery in spots that we ended up shuffling so we would not fall. It's shame that a great property has such a substandard property management company. To have no call back says it all about how the treat the renters
