Rustic stay with modern hot tub!
The Rock and Roll Marathon brought us to Nashville TN area. When we saw this property prior to booking a hotel downtown Nashville, we felt really drawn to give it a go, even though it is 25 minutes from Broadway Downtown Nashville. Parking is covered in a very tall and large carport. Randy, a terrific host, greeted us and explained the various typical things, like TV remote controls, how to run the hot tub, etc. this is not our first VRBO experience, but the property owners offer true southern hospitality. Snacks of every kind, water bottles, soda's in the fridge, extra towels, and literally a pantry with just about anything you could need, toothpaste, mouthwash, facial cleaner pads, paper products. They provided both Kureg, and drip coffee pots, all the creamers, and such. The main room ccsn be dark, due to black out curtains. Every nook, cranny has some primitive, rustic item, or decoration. They have 2 porches, one screened in, and a regular deck with a provided grill if you desire. The hot tub is there. The only things that were not way above expectations, were the bed, being tall, and needing provided stools to get into, and the stairs were longer and steeper than expected. Compared to the awesome setting, birds, squirrels, outdoor cats, that was minor. We even took UBER a couple times to Broadway area in Nashville to party, and the were around $30 or less. If you like true rustic type get aways, throw in Southern Hospitality, this is your place!
