Welcome to Casa Grace Victoria, your home away from home.

Upon entrance, you are greeted with high ceilings, large windows, sunshine, and plenty of open space.
Downstairs, Casa Grace Victoria features a beautiful spacious kitchen, a classic formal dining room, and an intimate living room. The formal dining room seats 4, the breakfast nook seats 6, and a breakfast bar seats 3. Upstairs, there are cozy loft areas for relaxing.
The home features 5 bedrooms, 3 full baths, and two half baths.
The master bedroom features an enormous king bed and gorgeous master bath. The master bath includes both a stand-in shower and a large hot tub, perfect for unwinding after a long day at the park.
Two additional rooms feature queen beds, and two more rooms include two twin beds in each; the villa sleeps 10 comfortably.
Indulge in your very own private swimming pool in the backyard. Relax on the patio, listen to music, or enjoy a family cook out on us! A BBQ grill is included on the patio for your private use.
Prefer to stay in? Enjoy the smart TV, Cable/DVD, stereo system, Wi-Fi, and free long distance calling.
We aim to make your stay as homey as possible. All bedrooms include their own HD TVs, and the family room features a 60 inch Smart TV.
The kitchen is stocked with all appliances, eating utensils, glasses and dishes along with pots and pans for cooking.
Linens are provided, and a washer and dryer is included in the home as well for your convenience.
A crib is available for small children, as well as baby equipment and toys.

There is also convenient driveway parking in front of the villa and a home alarm system is included in the home.

The owner is the best. He always gives you heads up in advance, no surprise. Super nice owner. Always response within minutes. Clean and nice gated neighborhood. Quite. See different cute animals in the neighborhood.

Gorgeous, clean and fully functional.
We loved everything about this property. Starting with the location - it is conveniently located close to Disney/Universal and shopping, with several grocery, coffee, convenience and restaurants right around the corner (less than 4 minutes away). The house is in a gated community, which was an additional level of comfort. The house is huge and fully functional - every convenience and appliance - no detail was overlooked. There are 3 full bathrooms and two half baths, one right by the pool, which made it very user-friendly for changing or bathroom breaks while swimming. Everything was clean and in great condition, the house is beautifully maintained. It did not feel like a rental at all. To top it all off the host was very responsive, friendly and accommodating. We will definitely go back. We have rented in the same neighbourhood previously, but this is by far the best experience!

Beautiful Home and Great Location
My family of 9 stayed at this beautiful house. The house accommodated all of us very comfortably. The house is very clean and located close to a lot of attractions. We went to Disney and Universal both were approximately 25 minutes away. My grandchildren loved the themed rooms and the beautiful pool. We had cook outs on the grill and had a great time ! We will definitely be returning!

Nice house for big family
The house was nice and clean. I didn’t have any issues while I was there a few cosmetic things could be updated but nothing major. The game room was great with kids but got hot really quick and the fans really didn’t help. Overall if we plan a big family trip we would definitely stay here again! Scott was great to communicate with as well.

Our family has always traveled to Walt Disney World since our 3 children were young and some of our best vacations have been spent there. Now that our family is growing we thought it would be a great idea to own a home in the area so future generations of our family could also enjoy the parks at a more reasonable cost. We also thought it would be a terrific opportunity to share our home with others. Once we decided on this the search began and the result is Casa Grace Victoria.
