Renovated farmhouse located in a very pleasant site 3km from the center of Bresse, quiet place.
6 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 3 toilets, 1 bathroom, separate kitchen, living room, lounge + small lounge in front of the fireplace. A sauna to relax. Around many walks to do, mountain bike trail and snowshoe oflechéché. Ski resort Bresse-Hohneck 20 minutes. Many lakes to see, Gerardmer 15 minutes. Near Alsace. Livestock of llamas, Inn at 900m.
Ski rental, tobogganing, snowshoeing at the Auberge. Bobsled track .

Important: For long weekends beyond 2 nights, ask for a quote. The extra night is 50 €.

Excellent séjour en famille, au milieu des champs de jonquilles. Nous apprécions particulièrement la vue magnifique sur les Vosges.

Magnifique week-end
Tout d’abord une vue magnifique dont on ne se lasse pas , de beaux sentiers de randos à proximité.La maison est vraiment très agréable à vivre de grandes chambres sur 2 étages avec une bonne literie ,on a adoré les salles de bains rénovées avec goût tout comme la cuisine très bien équipée et fonctionnelle avec 2 grands frigos ,beaucoup d’ustensiles à disposition.La grande table à manger avec le salon et le poêle sont conviviales .Bref on a passé un superbe week-end de 12 personnes même avec une météo maussade à refaire avec un grand soleil aux beaux jours .Le sauna est un plus .L’emplacement est idéal!La propriétaire est très arrangeante.Allez y sans hésiter!

Gîte bien placé pour rayonner sur La Bresse et Gerardmer ou nous avons passé d’excellents moments en famille avec nos enfants et leur conjoint ainsi que nos trois petits-enfants (8, 7 et 3 ans). Quelques petites remarques sur la température dans la cuisine mal chauffée et sur la taille du salon qui ne présente pas suffisamment de places confortables assises pour 9 personnes ainsi qu une salle d eau très petite au rez de chaussée. En revanche nous avons pu, avec un peu d organisation, prendre du bon temps et avoir de bons moments de convivialité intergénérationnelle ce que nous cherchions tous. En conclusion nous avons passé un bon séjour et créé de bons souvenirs.

Sehr schöne Lage leider bei Abreise Energiekosten Abzocke
Sehr schönes altes Haus. Idyllische Lage. Leider enttäuscht der Check Out mit falsch berechneten Energiekosten. Die Vermieterin wählt einen offensichtlich falschen Rechenweg bei der Ermittlung der Energiekosten. Laut unserem Rechnungen wäre der Verbrauchspreis nur ein drittel des angesetzten Betrages gewesen. Am Schluss kommen zusätzlich 100,- Endreinigung obendrauf. Für 2 Nächte wurden dadurch nochmal 200,- bei Abreise fällig. Vorsicht Kostenfalle.

Toller Aufenthalt und nette Vermieter
Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen! Man muss wissen dass nebendran noch eine Ferienwohnung ist in der eine junge Familie war. Dass steht nicht im Inserat und wir hatten Sorge wegen Ruhezeiten. Zum Glück hat alles problemlos ggeklappt. Ansonsten ist die Lage schön, die Sauna ist super, Küche ist gut ausgestattet und im Wohnzimmer mit Ofen (selber zusätzliches trockenes Holz und Anzünder mitbringen) lassen sich auch ein paar Regentage aushalten. Aufgrund des vielen Regens waren wir nicht so weit unterwegs, aber ansonsten schönes Mittelgebirge! Skifahren konnten wir leider nicht testen.
