A Great Breckenridge Property

My wife and I have done VRBO across the world and always have good experiences. This property is no exception. We had our extended family from AZ visit and we all enjoyed every moment in this condo. A great kitchen/dining/family room set up makes this perfect for gatherings and fun. The bedrooms are all well done and comfortable. The view from the hot tub is sinply breatj taking. Super convenient to town and skiing. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone coming to Breck.

Awesome property for big families.

Mark was great and reached out to me the first day. House is spacious and well equipped. Hot tub was a hit with my family. Really enjoyed our stay!

Stay was nice. The residence rented had all of amenities stated and there were no hidden fees.

During the stay we had a technician show up unannounced to perform maintenance on the HVAC system. We accommodated this visit, then the following day we had another technician show up unannounced to do maintenance on the hot tub. We told him we had not and would not be using the hot tub and would be leaving the next day, and asked him to comeback after we left. The sofa in the living area was dated and the cushions were in need of replacement, but who rents a house in the mountains to set on the sofa. All in all a good experience. The owner seemed to really care about the tenants and we conversed in several occasions to ensure that we enjoyed our stay. I would recommend this property to friends looking to stay in the area.

Our stay at 150 A in Brechenridge was the literally perfect. THe views were absolutely breathtaking and the amenities were outstanding.The house was very clean and close to any activity you could imagine. We will definitely be back and will be staying at this home again!!!!!

Excellent property and customer service

This was our first stay in Breckenridge and we absolutely loved it. Mark, the owner was absolutely great to work with. Five minutes after I reserved the property online, he called me personally and made sure I had his cell phone number. Also, shortly after we picked up our keys via late checkin, mark called me personally again to make sure the property was clean and ready for us. Woodwinds property mgmt and staff were great to work with. Highly recommend both woodwinds and Mark cusaro! Thank you!!

Perfect choice in Breck!

Great choice for us this year at this townhome. We had family and friends come with us so the bed arrangements worked well. Super close to Peak Nine but still a quiet area to come to after a day of skiing.. Kitchen has everything for cooking in...lots of room. And a hot tub! Not every place has one of these. The owner even called to check in with us on our arrival day. We will be back!
