Welcome To The Champions Retreat!

Champions Gate is a newer sub-division located a stone's throw from Interstate 4 for quick access to the major attractions. This pretty town home has four bedrooms, three bathrooms and a very private courtyard with splash pool.

Downstairs there is a master bedroom with a queen size bed, closet, flatscreen TV and adjacent bathroom featuring glass shower, basin and WC. The main area of the house is open plan and has a dining table seating 6, fully equipped kitchen with electric hob/oven, microwave, dishwasher, double sink with disposal unit, large fridge/freezer with water/ice dispenser, small pantry and bar seating for two people. There is a comfortable seating area with large flatscreen TV and cable television and patio doors leading to the pool area.

Upstairs there is a further master bedroom with king size bed, double closet, flatscreen TV and en-suite bathroom with bath/shower, double basins and WC. Bedroom 3 has a queen bed, double closet and flatscreen TV. Bedroom 4 has twin beds, double closet and flatscreen TV. There is a family bathroom with double basins, WC and glass shower. The laundry facilities are upstairs and there is a washer, dryer, ironing board and iron.

Outside there is a very private splash pool with sunbathing deck. There is also a shaded lanai area with patio table seating 6. The on-site facilities at Champions Gate are exceptional. There is an 18 hole golf course, clubhouse with fitness center, yoga/aerobic studio, children's play room, gaming arcade, movie theater, internet/business room, bar/restaurant and concierge desk as well as a circular communal swimming pool, private pool rooms, tiki bar, children's splash zone, water slide, lazy river and beach volleyball court.

Please note that pool & Spa heat (where applicable) are not included in daily rates and restrictions do apply. This home has an electric pool heat which requires a minimum of 4 consecutive days.

Champions Gate shops and restaurants are within five minutes drive and Posner Park open air mall is about 10 minutes away.

Champions Gate is great
The place we stayed at garbage disposal was not working, we paid to heat the pool up it never heated up.I had to stay an additional day they charged me twice the advertised price. We were locked out of out of unit the next day. Although they charged us they never informed the management company. Lucky for us we had left the pool screen door unlocked. This management company Wonder I would not recommended. Champions Gate OASIS WONDERFUL.

This home 1585 Sliceway was great. Private swimming pool. Had some high traffic stains as you go up the stairs. Rooms nice and clean.
