This great unit is situated in one of the most popular complexes. It is right across the road from one of the best family beaches with childrens playground, picnic area, toilet amenities and a boat ramp. The complex itself boasts its own solar heated swimming pool, tennis court with night light for those that enjoy a spot of night time tennis (bring your own racquet and balls) and a communal indoor spa. It also offers its tenants a large, secured communal lock up garage as well as roof top outdoor parking. It is 5 minutes drive to Nelson Bay CBD and all its facilities as well as being within walking distance to two other local beaches. There ar no stairs. Garage dimensions: Depth - 5.5m, Height - 2.05m

Sorry, Schoolies bookings cannot be accepted as we do not havethe policies, procedures or resources to accommodate for these bookings.

    This property is offered fully self contained and is not serviced.  You are required to bring your own linen and toiletries including sheets, towels, pillow cases, bath mats, washers and tea towels.  For an additional fee you may order linen packs as an extra with your booking.  This will be delivered to the property for your arrival.  A limited amount of toilet paper and dish washing liquid or powder and cloths may be supplied and therefore we recommend you bring your own with you to avoid running out.
