3 Bedroom Apartment furnished to the highest of standards in the blue ribbon suburb of Double Bay. Conveniently located close to shops, train, buses and Ferry. We aim to provide you with accommodation that is both a welcoming & memorable experience. Within a graceful period residential building, the apartment contains original floorboards and ornate detail. 3 bedrooms, all with built in wardrobes and containing quality bedding. The main bedroom has a queen sized bed, the second bedroom has a double bed and the third bedroom has 2 single beds and a study desk. Modern Kitchen with gas cooktop and rangehood, oven, microwave oven, fridge freezer and dishwasher. A large compliment of utensils and cutlery is provided. The combined lounge and dining area has a 50 inch flat screen with complimentary cable TV and also included are local phone calls and unlimited broadband internet. All linen and towels are provided.
